The walls are a bit thin, could hear noise from the nearby room.

Nice, well kept comfy room in a good location with an amazing view. Also coffee.

A sweet and small place to stay in Old City Jerusalem.

Although Myriam sent photos, we could have had an easier time with a more precise instructions of how to find the place. The place was smaller and more cramped than we had imagined from the photos. Washing machine was in the description, but not the room. A/C was erratic.

Location in the old city was wonderful. Basic needs for beds and bath were good. Myriam is a responsive, kindhearted host.

Some issues with the facilities - power out, no hot water, missing ammenities... although the staff is responsive and offers assistance and solutions.

Location is fantastic... except for many stairs, and somewhat far parking. If you're in fair shape, the stairs wont be a problem.

Besides the stairs, the facility isn't perfect. Staff provided missing kitchen accessories upon request. Hot water issue in one room, power in another, but staff offered solutions so all's well.

Great value for money. Location is pretty central, nice big comfy rooms, wonderful view (at least from rooms 1-3)... but LOTS of stairs. Perfect if you're in reasonable shape. Friendly and helpful staff.

Be aware there are 60+ steep stairs to get to apartment, but this is why you get the view. Plan for the day, to minimize return to room.

Amazing views, good central location. Good ac/heat. Good shower. Good Coffee machine. Owner checked daily for our needs. Use google translate to communicate.

We were not aware of how to turn on the hot water. The bathroom sink faucet was installed in such way that made it a bit awkward to use.

The location of the room was a little harder to find / get to then we anticipated. Access is via an alley with narrow stairs and a steep incline. The room is down a flight of stairs once you get past the doorway. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

I would suggest having somebody on board who could understand the spoken English. We were lucky traveling with a guide fluent in Hebrew. I would contact Google on a more precise location for the hotel and for the parking spot especially.

Location and fantastic overview over valley from terrace next the rooms.

The property was a little difficult to find. The address said Jerusalem but the property was actually located on an alley off of Jerusalem Street. Reviews mentioned the stairs, but there really are a lot of stairs. It’s at least a flight of stairs up to the property and then there is a double staircase up to the room. This and a landmark needs to be clearly demarcated to people who want to stay with there. this is nitpicking, but it would be nice to have a towel hook or two closer to the shower for bath towels, and a tissue box. paper towels should also be in the kitchen.

The room was spacious and very modern looking. The bed was big and a nice sitting area with a TV and kitchen table. Great view from the patio, which had outside seating. The staff was very receptive, accommodating, and reached out to us daily.

Great place to stay ... although a little expensive

Unfortunately Tzefat is just a very expensive place to stay for one person ... so that's my only issue with Mol Hahr which was otherwise a great place to stay

The suite where I stayed was great ... clean, warm with very good facilities. Communication with Ecky was good and so no problems at all there. The only issue was that I got double charged on my credit card due to a mixup over Israeli tax and it took a few days for that issue to get cleared. Other than that, great place to stay

We were right by metal stairs and we could hear people come up with luggage. It was not bad, we would stay there again, but it was a bit noisy. Totally worth it though for the view, location, and amenities!

The view and space was amazing. Staff was very communicative and wonderful.

The absence of an elevator, yet that was known before reservation and qualifies most of Safed's guest rooms.

There were some small issues which the hostess solved quickly.

First of all the location is wonderful. It's on the one of the main streets of Safed but you'll not hear any noise from the street. A lot of places to eat nearby. The wiew from the deck is fabulous. Our room was very spacious and sufficiently equipped. Communication with the hostess was fluent and she was attentive and friendly. Just keep in mind there's no elevator and you'll have to desend first and then accent some pretty long stairs.

The check in was suboptimal - they did not specify that you park few blocks away and have to bring luggage over. It would have been fine if the check in instructions were given ahead of time with photos and location on the map where to park and which streets/stairs to take.

Nice spacious room with a little kitchenette and living room area. Good value for money if going to Safed. View of the mountains was very nice.

There was nothing to dislike; it has a great view which means that you need to be able to to climb around 60 steps - but if you read the reviews in advance, you already know this.
