The hotel is still "in the making" - the rooftop isn't open yet, the downstairs toilets are a mess, and there's still stuff to fix in the rooms.

It is very difficult to find a hotel with good rooms in tel aviv. This is definitely a good option: good renovation, big windows, very clean. Downstairs cafe with delicious food (you won't find many good restaurants in this neighbourhood).

Room on the smaller side, shower head either from the ceiling or hand-held. I would prefer a wall mount option at an angle. As with most hotels, not enough hooks in the bath for your stuff. Room pitch black at night, would appreciate some minimal light dot for the bathroom at night. Especially with the fixtures also being black (which is not the best choice for fixtures). Parking in the area is an issue, of course, and not even a minimal loading zone to stop for a minute. All in all, giving this place a solid 10, it's a great place that is managed well!.

Love the location in Tel Aviv, near the beach boardwalk, centrally located close to everything. Very nice staff, happy to help with anything with a welcoming vibe.

Hotel Poli Urban really exceeded our expectations! It is perfectly located with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are huge and delicious so definitely worth getting breakfast included. We really have nothing negative to say about our stay - thanks again!

There are some working construction in the street right next to the hotel so it's get loud during the day and I couldn't sleep in late :/

The staff is lovely and very attentive. The bed and shower are wonderful. We had coffee machine in the room and used it all the time. Everything was clean and tidy. The proximity to main streets with loads of cafes and bars (and the beach!) is priceless. All in all, great value for money!

A gem. So far, the Best hotel in Tel Aviv from my perspective - and I know many! Just 2 minutes walk from the beach, beautifully renovated, everything is good for your eyes, and the ambiance is just amazing! Extremely clean, great coffee, lively because of the restaurant downstairs. The bed was so comfortable, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect holiday, and especially to couples. Warm thanks to Omer, Karin, Shir, Jessica, Vita, Lynda and of course, EVERYONE in the hotel. See you all very soon!

Not much not to like. Maybe add a few hanging hooks in the shower/room for towels, bathing suits and such

I don't know what's the deal with the doors but every time someone passed or the staff were cleaning the rooms next to mine I could hear everything :(

The location is great, near the beach and there is also an available parking 3 minutes from the hotel. Also the staff is very friendly and nice, especially Jessica who's working in the reception :)

Amazing new hotel in the center of Tel Aviv. Close to everything: beach, round of the clock supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, market, etc. Great people there, ready to help with any question you might have; Shir, Luba, Vita, Victor just to name a few. I had their breakfast twice - salmon eggs benedict and shakshuka, both come with lots salads and drinks but you surrounded with lots of wonderful cafes and bakeries so it's always a hard choice. I would be back 100%.

A newly renovated/built place, all is contemporary and works as expected. Breakfast is exceptionally authentic and SOO different from the garbage you get in the US. Bar is nice with some cocktails and snacks.
