We prefer hotel rooms without carpeting.

The room was comfortable, the location was very good, near the beach and all restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the snacks that were left out and the welcoming atmosphere

I put a NO Disturb sign, but the cleaning lady knocked at the door! I was too tired and did not respond, so she opened the door and walked in despite the sign! She saw me on the bed and left without saying a word. Air conditioner was working poorly.

Location, friendly reception staff. Wonderful snacks, excellent tea and coffee celection.

Noise outside

The building of the hotel doesn’t look like hotel so the first impression was spoiled by that and by the construction that was infront of the hotel Room is good with comfy bed . Breakfast is full with variety of choices Also during the day you will find fruits, cookies and even wine at the hall . Yes and coffee and tea, if you like It’s 2 minutes to the Bugashov beach , which is my favourite one . So overall, If you use the earplugs , as it really noisy - it will be great experience

The breakfast was very very poor, everything was amazing in the hotel, good rooms , good staff, , just you need to improve your breakfast, i went to there to eat my breakfast, there was a little bit of i dont know, and the vegetables looks terrible , you can put some toast or eggs , there is no need for chef to make a good breakfast, you can put the ingredients and people can prepare.

The closets and drawers are difficult to open and should have a proper handle on them for people that have problems with their hands, rheumatism, etc.

I liked the setup of the hotel, the people working there were very professional, nice and helpful. The room was very nice as well. I loved the Bathroom with shower. I felt as if in Portugal <3

I paid for an upgraded triple room, when checking in they charged me for the upgraded room however they decided I did not need that space and gave me a small room. I am very upset about this. The breakfast selection is below average and the hallways are very dark and require better lighting.

Everything was great. the staff was professional. The location was central (close to the beach and promenade, close to food places and various public transport). The room was quiet and comfortable and included all the amenities we needed. Every day the room was cleaned and it felt like new. The beach area was beautiful.

Prime location close to the beach and great restaurants. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean with cool vintage decorations. Breakfast was tasty. In conclusion great value for money We'll definitely come for another stay

The room was really very nice and quite big. The room, the carpet, the bath room, everything was very clean. The king size bed was very comfy. Coffee/tea was available 24 hours. There were free cakes and fruits and even champagne. All in all it was an excellent stay in TA. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in TA. we will surely stay again at this hotel. The beach is just a 5-7 minutes walk away.

I could not lock the window in our room, and my 3 yo son opened it while I was in the bathroom. Maybe fix the window lock?

Nothing really, it was a pleasant stay

This hotel had everything we needed and even more. The room was larger than expected with a sofa and a small kitchen with a personal coffee machine. Surprisingly, the breakfast offered many options - both sweet and savory (for a continental breakfat). We ate well, slept well, and of course, the location was great! Quick check in and check out, nice staff, small and cute place.
