booking for Spa treatment was very tedious as it appeared to be understaffed. Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were often uncomfortably busy and not enjoyable- detracted from the whole stay. One of the outdoor pools was closed without any explanation of how long and why it would not be available

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Big variety and better than expected. Reception and checking in and checking out was very well managed

My room seemed like it was not professionally cleaned, some towels looked crumpled ( used? Lol) and the bed sheets were also not very straight. No bathrobes in the room. Old looking furniture.

Location of the hotel and the balcony view of the dead Sea were amazing. Breakfast Had a lot of choices. Staff was nice and helpful. Store in the hotel was also nice and not expensive in my opinion. Mineralia spa was also very nice.

The breakfast and dinner are a little below the standard in Israel The hotel is bit far from the beach and the shuttle service is not frequent enough.

Only two pairs of slippers when there are 4 quests. Pity that they closed the slide in the big pool. Some cutleries were in plastic.

the room was for a disabled person (even though we’re not) other than that it was great, bathroom towels were not that clean, the sheets had stains on them, the staff are great, but when they cleaned the room they left everything on the floor, towels and all. and when we asked them to come clean the room again they said ok but no one came, we asked them 4 times until they came to clean it again.

The hotel needs maintenance. The rooms are "tired". The interior of the rooms and bathroom is worn out and in need of restoration.

The Hotel is right on the dead sea, with easy access to all the shops and beach areas. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served in the restaurant at the entrance to the pool areas and were always fresh and plentiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. A special mention to Duty Manager Hofit, who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and memorable. She offered solutions and gave us the best treatment ever - making herself available to us all the time. Thank you Hofit!

In hotel was very dirty, staff not friendly ( there is only one iron on the hotel and it doesn’t work 🙄

The staff was not pleasant at all. The room was not available when we got there they had to contact us. At 17h they did not contact us yet when I went to the front desk they realized they gave our room to someone else. The hotel advertised that it is on the beach witch is not true we had the walk down a heel and cross the road it was extremely hot. The hotel will not even compensate for all those inconvenient. I would like a compensation from booking. I.m planning on putting a bad review

The food was mediocre, there was little that even looked good, but even what looked good, was either cold or just didn’t taste good. Very little good food

The pool was huge and clean, the staff was great and very friendly, huge and beautiful hotel. Everything was nice and clean and we had a great time!

Staff was rude at check-in. The categorization of "child" by booking.com is different from what the hotel considers a child. The check-in staff was was unwilling to help resolve the issue easily. The room we received was missing a bed which took some time to resolve. The floor throughout the room was sticky and left a grey residue on your feet. The toilet did not work properly. A technician was sent to fix the toilet but made the problem worse.

1st - it’s one of the greatest hotels in Ein Bokek; 2nd - food always very delicious and various; 3d - design of hotel is incredible - very beautiful; 4 - service on high level; 5 - very big pool with palms and beautiful backyard 6 - 5 min to the Dead Sea or can use shuttle

Customer service at check-in very unprofessional and not helpfull Sheets were dirty Needed ice but no ice machine in a 600-room hotel. Was told I can go to the gas station to buy some.
