1) Beds were rather hard; had to wrap a blanket over the mattress 2) kitchen equipment wasn't marked for Dairy or meat, so couldn't really cook 3) Appreciated the terrace

Overall building is very well maintained and in good condition. The finishes and comfort of the particular apartment weren't great .Small touches like providing small amount of milk,basic cleaning products and nicer quality bedding and towels were lacking. Another example of a small detail but one that contributes to comfort ,there were no cushions on the couch . The couch was quite old ,worn and not clean . The whole area is very noisy as there is alot of construction going on

There was a bip noice every minute. I think it was the smoke detector who needed to change battery. We inform the host about the noice but we didn't receive an answer so we went to sleep. Hopefully we where very tired so we managed to sleep.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had full equipment. It was very good located. Very easy to check in and check out.

To get in and out of the parking it was necessary to call by phone. In addition, the apartment had an electrical problem and every so often the breakers had to be lowered and raised for the boiler to work. Finally, the aesthetic finishes of the apartment were very poor, which shows that they don't invest in maintenance.

Excellent location, spacious apartment with almost everything you need. If you are looking to stay in a luxurious place it's not the right place, however, if you are looking for something spacious, comfortable and close to the center (and you don't care about appearance or maintenance) it's a good place.

The kettle and internet did not work on arrival. The landlord was quick to help fix it. We subsequently liked everything and extended the stay.

Supplies like soaps and trash liners were inadequate & we were not told that they wouldn't be re-stocked. Pictures on website were deceptive & were not of the actual apt we booked. Table not large enough to eat on. Hot water urn was broken & not replaced after a few requests.

Although the booking confirmation said checkout is 11AM, we thought that since we are in Holy city of Jerusalem, they wouldn't charge us extra for staying until the end of the Sabbath, but it was not negotiable. We were charged an extra $260!! There SHOULD be a line in their advertising that warns about this. NO hotel in Jerusalem (and many B&B) won't charge extra if you are Sabbath observer and check out Saturday night. Looking around, almost everybody in the building were Sabbath observers. Also, there is a cleaning fee that you have to agree to pay before checkout on the reservation.

The view was great. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable.
