No A/C, room was very small but still okay.

Amazing location, nice room, right across from our tour bus departure. It was also close to all the wonderful restaurants and bars in Galway. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

It was very noisey from the street. There is no on-site parking and it is not easy to even pull in for drop off.

Very handy location for walking to locations.

The Bar menu could be a little more extensive...

Room: very nice, clean and bed was very comfortable, daily change of towels without having to ask was refreshing. Breakfast: was different from normal, buffet continental, and menu for hot breakfast was clever. Staff in the Breakfast room were friendly, very helpful and courteous. The Supervisor is a credit to the Hotel. Reception Staff were very welcoming and professional to a fault! Bar Staff: very friendly and engaging.... Very impressed

The bed did not have a fitted sheet and the grout in the bathroom was pretty nasty for a “boutique hotel”.

The location was the best. The breakfast was so good! Location and the food 15/10.

The room is in need of updating. As a couple, we could only get 2 twin beds next to each other even though we tried to upgrade. The mattresses & pillows were fine. The bathroom sink was slow draining as was the tub. No AC but the window did open and a fan was available for air movement. The window view was of the back of the train station but you can't have everything.

Location is near Eyre Square. You can walk to train, bus and tour group bus pick ups. You are near enough to all the tourist stuff you'll want to see. We did not rent a car on this trip so this hotel was perfect for us. We visited the downstairs restaurant/bar a number of times. The food is really good.

It’s not that I didn’t like the breakfast room, but there is such a lost opportunity of making the guest feel welcome and cared about. The staff don’t engage the female supervisor definitely doesn’t take an interest in the guests. Why not have the staff smile, refill coffee, ask about their days, or plan for the days etc.

Proximity to the shopping, pubs, sites of downtown Galway.
