The room was small. I had to leave my suitcase on the floor, there was no place to put it.

Room is actually small. Bed occupies it and there is barely any space around the bed. Windows dont open, but also the A/C or ventilation is somehow not your full control, so the room felt without fresh air all the time. Quite bad to be honest :/ One can only adjust fan speed, temp settings were locked; but even with max fan there was practically no fresh air. I felt somewhat like in aquarium. (the easiest fix to that is to have opening windows, even just a little bit, duh!)

Hotel is new, and in good secluded location away from traffic. Great lobby and bar, internet was quite ok. Our room had view towards the river, which was quite nice/relaxing. Bathroom was great - spacious, clean, with new modern fittings. A modern TV where one could stream stuff. Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle!

We actually won breakfast in the draw, which was great, but I would have been disapointed if I had paid 20 Euro. We did not have a window in the bedroom, which made the room very stuffy, especially with 3 people.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location is beautiful, hotel decor is fabulous and the staff are amazing. We had a mix up with our booking and the manager Meghan was brilliant with sorting this out and accommodating us.

I requested regular tea ie Barry's tea or Lyons tea as my husband does not like speciality teas. That's all that was available in the room but Unfortunately there was none available with breakfast either

No parking but found 24 hour parking only 6-8 mins drive away in Swan Shopping Centre and you can take a bus back to hotel or to the city centre.

The ambience, decor and the bohemian vibe was top level. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was good quality.

i asked twice to have the liquid soap to be topped up to wash my hands in the bathroom i asked on the day i arrived. i was told house keeping will be back the next day. i asked again early in the morning , before i popped out for a run, can someone please top up the liquid soap to wash my hands after using the bathroom, this was not actioned.

There were many things i liked: Breakfast options was 10/10. Staff were friendly and approachable There was key access only to the corridors to rooms, this made us feel very safe The selfie photo machine was a lovely touch My friend was impressed by the complimentary sweetie bags The ability to use an on site gym was great My request to be placed in a room on the same floor or near to my friends room was actioned, Thank you.

Room size, this could be the only problem with the whole of the property, it just felt too cramped, we had a deluxe room and just still felt tiny, I’m surprised how the standard rooms look, but was a comfy bed, but the tv was on a mirror, purely because there was no room for it to be anywhere else, I feel as if our room was knocked down it could have probably made a good extension on other rooms.

Nice modern feel to it, welcome drink on arrival which was nice and they change it so it’s always good if staying at a different time
