The hotel process from checkin to checkout was smooth and seamless

The kettle in the room were full of lime scales the hotel should descale and wash the kettles.

The facility exceeded my expectations, the bed was comfortable and my room was quiet.

The rooms where comfortable and when a had a little problem with the restaurant the staff and the manager sorted it out quickly and apologised for the inconvenience and where very polite so I was happy with the outcome at the end of the day

Room was good in general but bathroom could do with a bit of a makeover.

Staff were excellent, particularly those in the bar and behind reception. Breakfast was very good.

I couldn't find anything l didn't like, but if you didn't like,or couldn't walk you would need transport to Killarney town and to all the beautiful sites in Killarney.

Perfect location for anybody that likes to walk. It's approx 20mins walk to Killarney town centre...footpath all the way. Also a fabulous walk/path to Muckross House about 30mins . .route used by jarveys, other walkers and cyclists on tree lined route beside one of Killarney's wonderful lakes .

Room was cold when we arrived, on a cold evening. The lady at reception commented on the cold wind and should therefore have asked if we wanted the heat turned on as I believe it’s controlled from there.

Comfortable bed - a little short for my tall husband. Delicious breakfast with lots to choose from.

Beautiful and very spacious, very open layout and a seamless flow from one room to another. Simple and very effective, staff where very friendly and polite. Waiting staff where clearly well trained and knew exactly when to approach after being seated, they didn't hang around or bother you yet they always seemed to be close by. Location is about 10 minutes in a taxi from the town but you could easily walk it on a nice day and take in the beautiful views. Great location for the local concert hall, also great if staying "just outside the town" is what your looking for. There was families staying and it appears they seemed to be having fun although I didn't notice anything for children to be entertained by, that said I wasn't exactly looking either. Overall view, great value for money and lovely professional staff.

That our door batteries went so our keys didn’t work so we had to wait half an hour so they could find us a key but other than that an amazing stay

Shower was spraying over the top of the glass panel which made a flood on the floor.

Our room was next to a services room and i think a dryer was on and it woke me in the morning a bit before my alarm!!

Love the room and the food. This is my second time staying and rooms are spotless and the food both dinner and breakfast was lovely.

We ate in the restaurant which was not busy at all when we arrived and the food took over an hour to come.
