No water to drink!!! No telly!! No bath robes!! No beer!! And cold at night!!!!! But because of it sitting on the river, its like camping or like cabinin woods feeling, it gets away with the problems because of views, Owner is very nice to!!! Staff nice.

A real honest review, its the only one sitting on the river, right on the river, the views are from your bedroom and lobby area, this really is the star about this place, we had no telly in the room, no fridge, no bath robes, and to my surprise no water to drink!!! But beautiful views, good breakfast.

Our room was slightly cold despite turning on the heating in the room.

Perfect location for people attending gigs in the INEC, fabulous views also! Cosy and homey.

I won't say it was a bad thing but there was no breakfast items that I could get myself like other accommodation. Still a good selection on the menu.

Location was ideal as was attending a concert in the INEC just down the road. Also a short walk into town.

The bathroom was very small, alright for our needs but not suitable for a bigger person,

The staff were lovely - especially the woman who was there when we checked in, Nadia was her name I think.

Unfortunately , we didn't get a room with a view but the view from the communal lounge and breakfast room were wonderful!

The staff at Killarney View House B&B were so friendly and helpful at all times. The location was excellent. Only a couple hundred meters from the Gleneagle INEC arena where we went to a gig one night. It was so close to the Killarney National Park. Staff were super helpful in recommending places to go.

It was usually quite cold/damp coming into the room at the end of the day. We were out walking in the rain, and it took over a day for slightly damp clothes to dry.

Mary was really welcoming and friendly, and it felt like nothing was too much. I can imagine that without the covid-19 restrictions, the facilities would have been amazing - due to the restrictions, there were none of the usual in-room kettle, tea, coffee etc, and no shampoo etc. There was a real fire in the lounge every night waiting for us to come back to, and the breakfasts were delicious (and huge!).

Rooms on photos looks better than in reality. The house needs major renovation, all furnitures are very old, in room was smell of old stuff. The mattress was used and it creaked with every movement. There were sliding doors between the bathroom and the room that still had gaps so large that you could put your hands in them when closed. I think the price is too high.

My husband liked traditional Irish breakfast, pancakes were good as well. . The house has good location, very close to restaurants and shops. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

    Everything was perfect

Killarney view house B & B was a delight to stay in. Mary and her staff were lovely, friendly, And helpful. We loved having a chat with them. The B & B was in a great spot overlooking the river. Great warm comfy sitting room to chat and enjoy the view. Breakfast was outstanding, cooked to perfection with pots of lovely hot tea. Our stay was faultless and we cannot wait to go back. Central to Killarney, The INEC concert arena. Beautiful resturants close by. Really reasonable prices. As you can tell we Loved it. Thank you mary and staff for the Craic. Love from Vincey and Ann.💌

The property is very old and dated, rooms were extremely basic and fusty, we didn’t shower in the property because the shower wasn’t detachable and bathroom not very private with old sliding doors, there were cobwebs and basically overall just an old property.

Hostess was a lovely lady and the property ideally situated.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in this quiet, but well located, and under new management, B&B a short walk from the town centre. We loved the views over the river from our room (very clean and tidy) and all the public rooms. The full Irish breakfast lived up to expectations, and the staff were charming and most helpful, providing tea making facilities on request. Parking at the house was no problem, especially as we stayed over a busy weekend in Killarney for the annual Irish BikeFest. Happy to recommend it for a no frills, but very good value, stay.
