Some of it was a little dated but for the price, location and space how could you complain. Great to use as a base and somewhere to rest in the evening for exploring during the day.

damp on walls in sitting room, apartment not like photos, was a bit dirty, smelly, sheets smelt like smoke, black mould in bathroom, dirty dishes in cupboards, details for check in not sent for arrival, water tasted like mould. one of the radiators didnt work. the hot water in the shower only comes on when the tap is on in the bathroom. cupboard in the bathroom was covered in black mould.

Location, value, some of the people working there were helpful. offered me compensation when i highlighted issues and offered a new room. a spacious apartment in a good location 20-30 minutes walk from athlone town. buses close by. good customer service.

Main room heater near the kitchen didn’t work, heater in one of the rooms only worked in manual mode, the living room heater breaker was hidden behind the courtains and we didn’t find it until the morning, many parts of the floor are coming apart, the remote control batteries were dead and the remote was not working, the bathroom could use some remodeling

Towel weren't changed daily. So only had one towel over a three night stay. The heating wasn't explained to me so it was cold and no instructions on how to use the hot water for the shower. Hot press very loud beside the room.

We were let down for a property we had booked weeks in advance, and thankfully, we found this great place on such short notice to accommodate a large group. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately for our second stay at this accommodation we were told we would not be able to check into accommodation until 5pm. When arriving at 5pm as specified we were told accommodation was still not ready and asked to return in an hour. This would have not been so much of an issue had we not arrived after 4 hours on a motorbike.

Not enough warm water for our family, and a child can not appreciate a scottish shower with cold water. Cleaning was a pity. Animals like spinner were everythere.

the floors needed a mop and were pretty dirty, feet were black after walking on it, there wasnt a mop on site to do it myself either or an iron which i needed after unpacking... our electricity went off in the morning and it took a few hours to get it back on, which was frustrating as we wanted to cook breakfast and have coffee, they were doing fire inspections in the apartments aswell which i think we should have been informed of beforehand.... there was also no live tv and the remote wouldnt work on netflix for some reason only luckily i had a prime account or we would have had nothing to watch also the two beds that had been joined to make a king kept separating and i nearly feel in between during the night, again luckily there was a double matt in the other room so we had to switch that...no storage in such a large bathroom was strange, no hairdryer...place was pretty worn from students, dirty walls, gaps in floors where boards have moved, rotting wood needs to be replaced on the floor in the smaller room also gutter on fhe balcony is loose and water is flowing everywhere when it rains

The general space and the view were great and the cats on site were cute and made the place feel more homely, receptionist was friendly and helpful, kitchen/bathroom and bedroom were a decent size and bedroom was nice and bright.

Security was an issue until doors were fixed, very hard to find, signage poor but all was in Ireland, many buildings the same and location stopped at petrol on Google maps. Tv did not work at say an issue with antenna.

All the beds where single and 3 where in the same room. This resulted in one parent haven to sleep in with the children in one room the the other on there own in another room. As a couple with children we would have preferred a double bed. Some more pots with lids would be useful too.

The location was easy to find by car. Athlone is a beautiful and interesting place. Free wifi.
