There was not a thing not to like about Gardiner Lodge.

What we liked about Gardiner Lodge is that it's like home away from home . It was very near Connelly station and other public transport. We would stay here again.

Staff was so friendly and helpful :) Location was ideal for exploring the city on foot and easily finding our way back at the end of the night! Comfy beds with plenty of room for all of our "stuff" and the breakfast was tasty and quickly delivered once we ordered.

Very little! The service was 5 stars, friendly 5 stars, well designed additions given the main structure is of Georgian origins. Maybe some further signage to hotel rooms! Can’t really say anything else but please continue charging a fair price for hotel stays in Dublin.

Loved this little gem in Dublin, super bijou hotel/lodge in central Dublinz perfectly appointed inside, awesome breakfast, lovely 5 star customer service. Super friendly and just a pleasing place to stay. In a city that is full of overpriced rip off hotels, this hotel at less than €150/night inclusive of a lovely breakfast with buffet and ordered Irish breakfast to order perfectly executed it is hard to say anything negative. The area is not perfect on lower gardener street but it is perfectly central. Another very small suggestion is more signage to rooms. Very small points. Loved this Dublin sejour! Fairly and perfectly priced and lovely to see a hotel not confirming to rip off Dublin hotel culture. Every other hotel in Dublin this night was €200 + without breakfast. 5 stars for understanding the importance of fair pricing. I will be back!

I am super happy that we have booked our one-night stay here. The place is stylish, elegant, and comfortable. Comfy bed, solid water pressure in the bathroom, all very clean. In our room, there was a super relaxing space with a coffee table and a pair of armchairs; it was perfect for resting after travelling or touring the city. Absolutely amazing, well above the expectations. The commode was impressive – I was amazed that this masterpiece of woodwork was simply standing there in our room, without the “Don’t touch” plaque. Amazing. Our special respect goes to the designers and engineers who added the bathroom to the room. It is integrated almost seamlessly into the space. It took me a while to understand how it fits - impressive! Common spaces are another gem, with a lot of style and care put into them: a corridor with some old maps on the walls; the breakfast space; and even a (small?) lovely garden. Nice breakfast, we have only the best memories left about the full Irish we got here. Great place, highly recommended.

The breakfast was okay. I would have preferred more choice and perhaps fresh pastries and fruit salad.

The property was beautiful and so clean. The beds were very comfy and the room was spacious and pleasant. The staff were very helpful and parking was convenient.

I personally have allergies to dust and I felt it setting off during my stay in the bedroom. The bedroom seemed cleaned though. However, because of my allergies I believe there was some dust in the carpet somewhere.

What we liked about the Gardiner Lodge was the location, the confortable beds and the irish breakfast.

My room was on third floor but there is no lift. Limited storage space for clothes. No chair (not really space for one anyway). Over-priced in my opinion.

Good breakfast. Room was reasonably comfortable. Small but good en-suite facilities.

Definitely the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen in my life. Very tiny shower, the shower door opens inwards, it’s a rain shower, and the taps have no handles to grip so are difficult to turn - altogether that’s a pretty dangerous combination because it’s difficult to control the temperature or turn the water off, and very difficult to move out of the way and exit the shower. (Just explaining this because the bathroom was not safe for people with mobility or dexterity issues and if this is a dealbreaker for you - reserve somewhere else!)

I only stayed one night, but it was comfortable enough. Easy to get to from the airport, they have a luggage elevator, the wifi is fantastic, the staff were great, and it’s all very nicely decorated and clean. Even though the room was tiny, it had everything you need. I loved the number of power points and the fan to help air circulation since it’s a small space.
