We were happy with everything about the apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and the owners were very kind! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, the beds were comfortable, and the garden was a lovely place to sit and relax after a long day of travel! There are great bakeries and other grocery options in walking distance, which was perfect for us. Thanks, Donal, for a lovely stay!

The access via a quite steep external staircase was a little tricky; one needed to be very careful.

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and included access to the garden, which given the right weather was a terrific bonus. There was parking right outside the property.

I cannot think of anything.

The Location suited us, and it was easy walking distance to the main street. The decor was charming & the accommodation was clean & spacious. The bed was comfortable & the linen & towels were 1st class quality. It was well 'kitted out' so had every amenity we needed for self catering. There is a cafe within a short walking distance of the premises which would be ideal for Breakfast if required. We would stay there again.

There are stairs down to the front entrance that might not be great for someone with mobility issues. Was not a problem for us.

Great location, very central. Apartment was very well equipped and spacious. Lovely and warm. The host even put up lovely Christmas decorations for us. Really was a home from home. The couch also converts into a very comfortable bed if you need extra room.

Maybe the only extra thing needed was we could have done with a washing machine due to length of stay. but that just our preference as we flew Ryanair. these would not put us off booking again.

location was excellent right in the heart of Fermoy. Beds were extremely comfortably with lots of extra bedding.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, I would say that the noises from adjacent rooms and floors took me by surprise a few times but not to the extend that it was a problem for me.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely property. Interesting decor and soft furnishings, it felt very rustic and cosy. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond when I communicated with them. It was in a great location in the town so I didn’t need to use the car to go out for coffee or dinner, etc. It was pet-friendly and had a beautiful garden shared with the hosts. The shower was very nice and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and everything I needed for my stay.

Can’t think of anything!

This is a gem of a place. The photos do not do it justice. Charming, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Very spacious for two and everything is well thought out and intentional. The garden is beautiful. The hosts Donal and Edna are lovely and easy going. We were out and about and out only regret is we didn’t spend enough time there enjoying the apartment. Will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The place is cosy and inviting, and having access to the garden is a huge bonus. Donal was so helpful, and because of him, our stay was amazing there, and we met wonderful people as a result. We were actually sad to leave.
