I would personally prefer if most of the already opened food in the press wasn't there. Same with some shampoo bottles in bathroom.

The chalet had everything we needed. Great to have kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Shower was very good. Beds were comfortable. Towels were very soft. Our hosts were very helpful. Only a few minutes outside Galway. Peaceful at night for sleeping

Nothing! A cafetière to make coffee would be super useful for groups but that is no criticism of the property

Really lovely self contained 2 bed property. The place was really comfortable, well furnished and had everything you need to cook a good meal or even wash your clothes. Helen was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed but we had space to relax. The house is located in a scenic hamlet, some great running routes and a short 10minute drive into Galway. For those not driving the taxi service in the town both ways is terrific.

Everything it was beautiful accomodation. Rooms were comfy and clean , the whole place was , had everything you needed and the area was so peaceful. Only 10 min drive to the city great location they made my mum feel special on the visit . And I will come back again suitable for families / couples solo. Perfect would rate 11 if could

The guests before us didn't clean the filter on the dryer properly. If you're visiting from the US or Canada, make sure you follow the dryer filter cleaning instructions on the sticker inside the door of the dryer. If you don't, your clothes won't dry and the dryer will leak water. So nothing against the hosts, just a reminder to other guests.

Everything! This guesthouse is the nicest I've stayed at in Europe. The location is perfect, with a countryside feel and only a 10 minute drive to the city. Helen and her husband were very nice and accommodating even though they were unfortunately dealing with a family emergency while we were staying. I'm definitely going to try to stay here again on my next trip to Galway.

It was such a cute little place and so close to Galway. The host was wonderful! So friendly and full of suggestions about places to eat and activities. They perfectly balanced giving privacy while also being available if needed.

This house was a little gem and perfect for our family trip to Galway with a 9 month old baby. The house is spacious and our little one enjoyed crawling and playing in the living room when we were home. Helen also provided us with a cot and a high chair and suggested places to visit with the baby too, which was great. The house is also not far away from Galway and it is very convenient for a trip around the area.

The challet is really comfy, felt like home. Everything was just perfect for a nice stay. The location is good. Its not in the city center, but its a 10min frive from it, so it wasnt a problem. Although its in the same place as the hosts house, it felt very private. I would come back there always, if i could.

Helen was amazing! She thought of every possible thing we might need for our stay. And we loved Max the dog! The cabin was beautifully appointed and immaculate on our arrival. Fully self contained, which was perfect for us and just what we were looking for. Helen was great with providing info of things to do and places to see in the local area, which was handy, since we were travelling from Australia. We followed her advice and visited one of her recommended restaurants for dinner and we were not disappointed! The cottage was easy to get to (we were relying on google maps) and located in a picturesque and quiet neighbourhood. Thank-you Helen for a truly wonderful stay and we loved Max the dog. We would highly recommend to any and all in a heartbeat and would love to come back again, one day.
