We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThere were a few issues: •the main bathroom nearly flooded on first use because the drain was completely blocked up with hairs, etc. we unblocked it ourselves. • Kettle switched off long before boiling point which was frustrating • could have ruined that beautiful dining table for lack of place mats and coasters (I improvised successfully) • no dustpan or sweeping brush available to clean up
B/fast not applicable. Central location was great but a big disadvantage in the early morning when deliveries were being made to the supermarket or pub next door. Woke us up every time between 5.30 and 7a.m. Not ideal when on holidays

GermanyMaybe one could say that the living room is not as bright as the two sleeping rooms, however there is nothing perfect. We really liked the Appartement.
Great location in the middle of the town. The Appartement is in the second floor and even bigger as suggested on the photos. Downstairs is a pub with wonderful live music. Music ended at 10 pm, so we hadn’t any problem with sleeping. There is also a sea weed bath (Spa) in the ground floor of the house; unfortunately we hadn’t enough time to make this experience. Parking on the street in front of the house was free after 5pm until 11am. We enjoyed this flat with all amenities.

ChinaThe bar downstairs can be noisy, but it stopped at 9:00pm. There is no Code outside of building and door, it’s a little bit difficult to find and get in the room.
Perfect location, convenient for shopping and entertainment. We had everything we need in the kitchen. Parking outside or around the corner is available with payment.

Great location, great for family, handy for visiting with my mum who hails from the area. Lots of space for my 1.5 year old who loved looking out the big windows at the street activity. Beats staying in a hotel as you can cook and do your own thing.

IrelandFantastic location right next to everything. I also had a seaweed bath downstairs, which was fantastic. Host was very helpful and the apartment was spacious, clean, very comfortable and very well equipped - we cooked a nice dinner on Saturday night.
