Mirel on reception could not have been more helpful and friendly. Guiseppe at breakfast was also lovely. Bed and pillows super comfy. Location was so convenient for all the major sights. Taxi rank and public transport right on the doorstep if you want to travel further afield.

This property has a fantastic location, stunning exterior and interior. While the room was compact it was luxurious, comfortable with excellent attention to detail. The staff were warm and welcoming. We had breakfast included and the restuarant was fabulous and the food was delicious.

Our view could have been better and would have been nice to be able to open the window a crack, and a more convenient elevator would have been nice, but I understand it’s not allowed in the building.

The room was very pretty, especially the bathroom, and the bed was really comfortable. Loved that I could control the temperature in the bathroom floor and the rack. Was also nice to see the complimentary snack bar.

Wonderful staff still getting used to their new job as it has changed hands quite recently! The manager John was very helpful as there was a problem initially about a change of card but all worked out well in the end .Location was perfect

A small note. There are stairs, so if you are someone with mobility issues contact them in advance. We had 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast is included if you book on hotel site.

Excellent city centre location, close to Grafton St. The townhouse is owned by the Fitzwilliam Hotel, and they gave us access to their day room before our room was ready, we could also avail of the Fitzwilliam parking (25 euro per night, flat rate).

Staff were a bit hit and miss. One guy on reception seemed distracted and couldn’t direct us to our room whilst another receptionist was applying her lipstick at the front desk. It was a bit haphazard.

- It would have been helpful to get some explanation of the light switches, they are quite complicated. - The bed is very comfortable and the duvet superfluffy! But why no fitted sheet? A loose sheet always get scrunched up while you sleep. - the hardware in the shower is a problem. The hot water tap does not have a button to release water hotter than 40 degrees. the water in the sink was very hot, so I knew it was in the pipes, but this old-fashioned faucet made it impossible to take a nice hot shower. Not so happy with this one!

The receptionist, I think his name ws Rob, was very friendly and helpful, we really felt very welcome. The room was lovely and were happy that there was a nespresso machine (we actually dragged our own nespresso machine all over Ireland on this vacation to make sure we had good coffee). And the location is fantastic. We loved the place, also the dinner downstairs at Floritz.

Beautiful opulent townhouse. Our room was small but more than adequate, beautifully decorated. Bed was gorgeous as was the stunning bathroom. Lovely extras provided, everything was top quality. Staff were very friendly and professional. Location is perfect, right on Grafton Street's doorstep. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning

The shower was a bit too hot and I think the mixer tap needed fixed.

My sink was blocked the whole time which was yucky. The fire escape outdoor stairs is a little redundant as the window can only open a few inches…

All members of staff were exceptional! Loved the personal note in my room. Big shout out to Antonio for helping me get the AC working.

Cleaners were not consistent & our key cards kept having to be reactivated. We had 2 rooms and constantly had to check on the cleaning staff and replenishing our milk/coffee/towels etc

Rooms not cleaned on time, often not tea/coffee replenished - housekeeping needs attention. Half way through our stay our key cards stopped working - very strange.
