Had an old fashioned drink in the Owen bar, which wasn't the best.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Dinner in the restaurant was fab, very happy with the overall experience.

One of the shower heads in the room had an inconsistent pressure

Loved the facilities, especially the relaxation room. The gym was very impressive for a hotel gym. I work as a PT so have high standards for this! All the staff were really lovely. They have a beautiful 5k route which was great for running if you’re a runner. The bed was comfortable so we had a great sleep.

Couldn’t find fault with Ballygarry estate

Everything - from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the thermal suite, eating in the Brasserie and walking the grounds in Ballygarry

All staff great except breakfast time when I supervised pointed to her watch and asked us to hurry up. It was 10.15am so not end of time for breakfast. Cleared our table when we had just gone to get a juice. Made the experience less pleasant and spoilt of relaxing breakfast , which it should have been. Other staff embarrassed and were treated like sheep. The supervisor needs training in customer care experience. Other staff all fab.

The bathrooms are just looking a bit tired now especially the shower hose in our room which was split.

You really get the feeling of the family ownership, very nice staff. Breakfast had everything to choose from, we stayed 4 days had various options of breakfast all fantastic. View for breakfast overlooks beautiful garden landscaped area. We didnt have any treatments but the sauna and outdoor and Jacuzzi really nice. Rooms great quality and size. There was a wedding whilst we was there but it didnt disturb us whatsover.

The bathroom needs more hooks for bathrobes .

The hotel is absolutely superb. We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The hotel decor is so tasteful and has a very fairytale feel to it. It also has everything for comfort. The room was warm, clean and had all the necessities; iron, kettle, tea/coffee, hair drier, robes and slippers, sufficient amount of storage etc. (you name it) The bed was very comfortable and the duvet and pillows very soft, we slept very well. We used the complimentary spa ; sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, but also availed of the seaweed bath experience and the massage treatments. If you want to book extra treatments, make sure to do it weeks in advance, as the spa is very busy. We really enjoyed it. The hotel has everything for a fun and pleasant stay. We will definitely come back again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, Good room (we took the basic), great breakfast and complementary spa (jacuzzi, hammam and sauna). All personal was so friendly and kind. Also we enjoyed Traley city. I recommend have a plan a couple of days minimum in this place
