You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Anne's cottage is comfortable and ideal for guests who like home comforts over a hotel. Our group of 3 adults enjoyed comfortable beds, laundry, living area and full kitchen. As we were in Bantry on a Friday we visited the Farmers markets, which were great, and bought fresh food to cook that night. Just a quick 6minute drive into Bantry and not much further to Glengariff. A great stay. Thanks Anne.

IrelandBeautiful location, Anne greeted me with a lovely warm welcome that I have come to know in Ireland. She had left 3 buns for us to have as a snack which was a treat along with everything for breakfast the following morning. Everything was clean and it was very comfortable, shower was good and bathroom spacious with toiletries left for us. Just an observation, I like a firm mattress and this one was soft, so we all noticed that but tiredness meant we slept well. Everything else was fab. Anne also recommended some places to eat in Bantry which is a short drive away, the hotel which she recommended was very good. I could have happily spent a week in Anne's cottage.

IrelandOnly things I didn't like were the full size dustbin (trash can) in the kitchen/dining/living area and I found the shower a bit tricky to use.
Lovely spacious property, very well equipped. Food in the fridge for breakfast and homemade cupcakes waiting for us. Very, very pleasant host, Anne, whom we only met as we left after a 2 night stay. , ( her husband showed us around - nice man).

ItalyThe owner constantly invaded our privacy by staring at us out the windows and checking our movements. The shower was either scalding or freezing, no in between. Additionally, even though we called ahead of time to be sure my very small, less than 2kg, service dog that I must have with me due to a seizure disorder, we were made to feel unwelcome as she exited the house after our morning walk to threatened us with additional fees. We travel both nationally and internationally very often, and this kind rudeness was shocking.
It is located on a quiet road, and on arrival seemed very welcoming.
