“Staff were excellent and very helpful”
“Property was lovely, clean and fresh. Everything we needed and comfortable”
“The best part was the breakfast. The room is noisy and all the noise is internal. You can hear the TV and people speaking in nearby rooms. The rooms are tiny so you need to be careful not tripping over your suitcases. The bathrooms need maintenance as taps are loose and the handle over the bath is loose so almost comes out of the wall if you rely on it. The door over the bath ( which forms part of the shower) hits the hand basin when opened. The hair dryer didn’t work and getting a replacement was a nightmare. When staff finally arrived, they hadn’t bought another one as they had made the ( incorrect) assumption you just didn’t know how to use it. For the money, this hotel is not worth it”

Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
