“The property is located in a beautiful part of Kilcolgan. The building itself is stunning. The gardens are brimming with exquisite flower beds. Our landlady was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are a gold standard in cleanliness and comfort. The peace and quiet was conducive to an excellent night's sleep. We loved everything about our stay. There is a superb fish and seafood restaurant 5 minutes drive away. I could not improve on anything in this property. Top marks and a gold star!”
“Kathleen was a wonderful and attentive host despite the fact that we had booked on very short notice and she had given her housekeeper the day off…we were the only guests on the first night and it felt like we were Kathleen’s private guests in her wonderful home. We had a wonderful weekend exploring the area and Galway City. Kathleen even produced a very nice bottle of wine which we enjoyed while sitting with her in her beautiful garden.
