There is not much room at the pool so a couple of times me & my partner had to skip going there since there was no seat available.

The staff is very nice, the suite was just spotless and very cosy! Great location, in a quiet and nice part of Ubud yet close to the city centre.

The Wi-Fi could have an improvement.

The staff is simply amazing, never experienced a so kind staff, all of them. The villa is super cute, they pay attention to the little details and give you a personal attention. Also there are a couple of restaurants nearby with delicious food.

Everything was great. The room was really big, the bed was comfortable. The ladies in the restaurant were really nice and awesome. I had the best vegetarian burger there. The breakfasts were also delicious and had a choise. The big terrace was also great.

I didnt like the toilet as there was a very strong smell from the toilet bowl. We had to buy our own air freshener to reduce the smell of the toilet. The outdoor shower is perfect for pictures but you'll be a feast for mosquitoes and the tiles were full of algae. Guess it adds to the picturesque vibe but i didn't quite like it.

Went there with my friend for a short trip. The staff were amazing. They remembered our names and would accommodate our requests like keeping our room service food warm as we were returning back to the hotel late at night. The suite with garden view was nice but gotta take note that the toilet is not air-conditioned.

The staff was so kind, gentle, happy to help and welcoming. The staff was just excellent. Relaxation atmosphere in the hotel. The area is quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable and beautiful pool. The garden is lovely. The room was cleaned daily. Wi-Fi is very good. The breakfast is good. The location is excellent. There are many cafes nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main street with shops through the monkey forest. Highly recommend staying here.

The personal was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent, we tried different restaurants around the area too but the restaurant in the hotel is the best. Pool clean, area beautiful, close to the monkey Forest and Ubud center. We travelled with a 1.5 years old baby and we highly recommend the villa for families.

Wifi was practically absent and we almost didn’t have mobile line in our room. The breakfast buffet was very poor- it had more asian options rather than western, we could eat only eggs and some fruits (papaya and watermelon). The water was not going out well from the shower. The dull smell of humidity when entering the room.

We stayed a week in Villa Sonia and had a lovely time. The second swimming pool of the hotel was very quite and chill. The room was quite spacious, with both shower and bathtub. The room was cleaned daily. Hotel has room service from the restaurant at the premises. The personnel was very cute and friendly all the time. Good value for money and great location.

I am here with husband son and daughter in law and we all feel the same.Everyone who works here is kind helpful and always smiling.it gives the feel to a beautiful traditional Bali with exceptional service , wonderful setting and swimming pools .Highly recommend the massage, absolutely wonderful. There is nothing I would change . I wish we could stay forever

This villa is located in Nyuh Kuning which is a quiet township which was perfect to us! a short 5 minute scooter ride into the heart of Ubud. There are an array of local restaurants in this area which was really handy. The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet!
