A peaceful oasis located a few minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The villa is superb, spacious and tastefully decorated. The outdoor shower was a real treat. Pasek and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, attentive yet discrete. Communication with the villa was smooth, from answering queries, organising a driver, dinner recommendations and fabulous breakfasts. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. We would return in a heartbeat.

Lot of big stairs. The steps has its own beauty and creates an ambience. Not great for elderly. All Need to be careful as can fall if not careful. Spend time in getting familiar with the steps..

The kitchen would do with some upgrading; breakfast could be improved and the double bedroom needs some work as it’s too humid.

Mr Pasek and his team were excellent hosts 🙏🏼; very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Always smiling and available for us. The Villa was very clean and looked after. The landscape, the furniture and the décor were very nice too. Beds were very comfy as well.

Maybe not suitable for families with younger children as there are a lot of stairs between all bedrooms

There were more stairs than expected. Possibly the supply of more pool towels - we didn't request any - just a suggestion - not a criticism.

Pasek and the team met us on arrival to the villa. The breakfast that was provided was more than generous in quantity, plenty of options and tasted fabulous. We were not keen to waste food and requested 1/2 servings :) Loved the pool and the comfort of the beds - plenty of seating and tables available around the villa.

Great location. Walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. Very private and peaceful. Mr Pasek and his team were fantastic hosts and always there to welcome us on our return to the Villa. Can highly recommend the welcome dinner and daily breakfast.

Sensational rooms, each with their own ensuite. The staff were beautiful, made us feel so welcome and at home. The pool was amazing after a day out. The pool and garden were stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. Location was really great, far enough from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to the art market, restaurants, walking tracks, shopping boutiques. Exceptionally clean and tidy. We loved our stay.

No obvious cons or complaints spring to mind. Perhaps that the pool is quite heavily shaded and as a result fairly chilly. But on the flip side that did make it very refreshing after an outing.

It's fairly awesome. One the few accommodation experiences where reality lived up to expectations. The villa itself was very nice, there are some signs of entropy at work, a bit of peeling paint here and there etc. But nothing of any significance. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. They were able to offer great suggestions for sightseeing and were always on hand to welcome us back after outings Location was pretty good, only a short stroll (15 minutes) from the market, palace etc but far enough that you wake up to sound of roosters and songbirds rather than traffic. Our stay included breakfast daily and there were a number of options to choose from, all were delicious. The beds were comfortable and all had functional mosquito curtains. The bathrooms were great, particularly the master ensuite which was massive. The landscaping and gardens were lovely, regularly attracting butterflies and such. The pool and surrounds were great to relax and lounge in with an awesome view out over the river valley (a real tropical jungle vibe). The property (including our rooms) were always immaculately maintained even though we never actually saw what must be a fairly intensive amount of work being performed. All in all would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay again should the opportunity arise.

Beautiful jungle oasis right next to Ubud Main Street. The caretaker Mr Pasek was extremely friendly and took such good care of us, cooking delicious meals and organizing the best tours with excellent drivers and guides.

The villa is beautiful and immaculately kept. The pool is refreshingly cool and the staff very friendly and helpful organising transport. The pancakes at breakfast were the best ever. The villa is very quiet with views of the jungle yet its only a 5 minute walk into downtown Ubud.

Hard to find a negative but if you have any mobility issues this Villa, which is on multiple levels with lots of steps, may not be the Villa for you. There is however a convenient toilet on the lower level where the kitchen/dining area and pool is which saves a hike back up to your ensuite.

LOVED this beautiful private Villa in Ubud! Great location at the end of a laneway with easy walking distance to MiniMarket for snack & drink supplies, close to excellent restaurants (Recommend Sun Sun Warung) and shops! All bedrooms are spacious and have outside bathrooms. The Villa staff are amazing and so very helpful - couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfasts were next level and the best we had anywhere in Bali! Pasek was very attentive and always made sure the mossie coils were lit and all our needs were met. He also kindly helped me book a jewellery making class which was kind of him. Pasek is supported by Juvie and another staff member who were both friendly and helpful. Staff were very unobtrusive and we felt we had the privacy we wanted in a Villa.

The host family was awesome, breakfast was fantastic. The location was like an oasis. You're right in the middle of Ubud city, but you wouldn't know it from within the Villa due to the easy it's setup.
