Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

HungaryThe airco is a bit slow and loud we would have appreciate to have a fan in the room. The chicken around the place are a bit loud in the morning but with good earplug all fine.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, they can also help you finding things around. The swimming pool is clean and lovely. The room is comfortable, the beds have mosquito net, the bathroom has an open roof which is really enjoyable, the terrace in the front is nice. At breakfast you have choice between eggs and toast and banana pancake and fruits all is good you can use the fridge at the breakfast place.

Close to the beach. Set in lovely garden area with clean pool. Breakfast pancakes were really good. The outdoor bathroom was great! Exceptional value for money. The owners were incredibly helpful. I had a serious accident in Pemuteran and the owners went above and beyond to help. They drove my husband to the hospital I'd been taken to which was a long way away, waited with us and then took him back to pack up our belongings. They even paid the fee for my ambulance to the hospital (which we reimbursed obviously) which was incredibly kind. They were amazing and we will never forget their generosity. We're sure you will enjoy your stay if you choose this accommodation.

The garden was beautiful, which could be appreciated from the room terrace. Rooms were clean and spacious (dream bathroom). Classic and yummy breakfast. The garden and pool were beautiful. The bungalows themselves were really nice and cleaned. Since the sulfur tour to mount Ijen was closed, we decided to leave earlier than initially booked, which was absolutely no problem.

Perfect stay! We absolutely love this place and extended immediately. We love the cozy kingsize bed with the mosquito net around, the outside shower under the stars, the wooden bench next to the door, the beautiful garden, the clean pool and the tasty breakfast. Laundry service was really good also and we had nice talks with the owner. This is definitely one of the best places we stayed in during our world trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
