We booked a twin room but we were given a double bed only for the first night even though we showed our booking confirmation at check in for a twin room and there were empty rooms at the hotel.

Truly can’t complain!

This is the perfect spot on Gili T if you’re looking for a more laid back vibe that’s still within a 5-10 minute walk of the main area. It was quiet, private and steps away from the beach! There are bikes and snorkel equipment available for rental and we saw turtles daily. Excellent pool & because of the smaller size of the property it never felt overcrowded. The highlight though is the staff! Jacki goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy during your stay. The entire staff was so friendly and pleasant to interact with, not mention funny! I didn’t want to leave and will definitely items be staying here again in the future.

The resort is located very close to several turtle points. The staff were very friendly, they remembered the names of most of the guests, and approached with humor. The room was cool. Everything was prepared for it. Although it is close to the port (Ferry Terminal) by about 15 minutes, the 1HP FERRARI(transport carriage) is highly recommended for travelers with luggages.

From the minute we arrived at Vanama, we felt welcomed. The resort is intimate, quiet and conveniently located close to restaurants, bars and activities. The staff are friendly and polite. We never went wanting for anything!

All great :) Nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful time, the staff was excellent Jacky, his brother and the team, they explained everything to us, (we asked to many things :), We travelled with a baby, and even if they couldn't provide a baby cot, they prepared a bed for our baby of one year! This was super appreciated. We stay one extra night :) Thank you all ! We had a wonderful and peaceful holidays as a family. Breakfast delicious, beach super clean, amazing location, just 10 minutes from the harbor by foot. You can easily travel with a baby and kids, we were 5:)

Nothing the paradise is here

Private beach.. very close to the center but really quiet, this hotel is very confortable, fantastic team, There are never any problems, the team takes care of everything: reservations, snorkeling, boat transfers, laundry, etc. Special joke for my friend Jacky.. c est partie mon Kiki 🤣🤣

Nothing, all good!

The owner and the staff was just so nice and helpful all the way! Due to bad weather all the boats were cancelled and we were stuck on Gili T and didnt reach our plane to Vietnam. They did everything they could to help us in the situation and we could get all the extra nights we wanted. The breakfast was nice and the guys always welcomed us in the morning. Very clean and quite but close to everything. My best stay so far on my travel in Indonesia. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will definately stay at Vanama again next time we go to Gili T, it felt like a little familiy and I already miss it!

Excellent room and facilities, great staff and great location opposite a lovely beach with turtles. It’s a few minutes walk away from the bars so nice and peaceful! My second stay here and just as good as the first time.

Leaving

The facility was very nice and the location was great. It had its own private stretch of beach, was close enough to walk to the various restaurants and bars but out of range of all the late night noise The staff were suberb. In particular Zaki and Yusup were so helpful and thoughtful. They worked hard to anticipate our every need. We are traveling throughout SE Asia and this his our favorite so far

The turtles were right in front of the resort! It was quiet but close to town. Breakfast was delicious!

Nothing really- great value for money

Such nice rooms with hot water in the showers and clean bedding. You walk out the hotel right onto the most gorgeous beach with turtles swimming. We saw 28 turtles in 5 days. The staff here are excellent, always having a chat, remembered all the guests names and just generally a joy to be around. Would highly recommend this hotel.
