Loved everything about this hotel!! The room is perfectly clean, nice fourniture and really confortable bed ! The hotel is closed to the beach and the pier (30min drive from the airport too). It’s in a small street so really quite and peaceful. I loved the kitchen downstairs with the swimming pool view, the rooftop is also really nice to chill in the evening. What I liked the most about this hotel was the owner and her family : nice conversation, really helpful and share some fruit in the morning haha

Owner and the family were very helpful. I had my luggage misplaced at the airport but the owners were very kind to let me use their phone to make the call so that I could get my luggage back. The rooms, the pool and the place is well maintained and clean. The kitchen too is hygienic. Would definitely recommend to stay here. They even let me keep my luggage at their place.

Nothing really, I think facilities for some rooms are outdated on the current photo’s though. However the price is still outstanding for the quality.

The location is amazing for transit, both for the airport and the harbour for visiting the North Gili Islands in Lombok which were my personal purposes for using this hotel. The bed was amazing, slept so well! Amazing price for the level of comfort etc.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Access and location to the beach was very easy and convenient. Yani and family were very friendly and helpful, and it felt like I was welcomed into their home and not just another hotel.

People's talking from outside and dogs barking are a little bothersome. Bed sheets had some brown dots.

Nice staffs and environment. Location is close to the port and it takes 5-8mins to get to. Price is great and they have a kitchen inside.

Incredible value for money. I stayed just one night as it’s a 10 minute walk to Sanur Port. Yani is very hospitable and the place is warm, clean and welcoming. Highly recommended

Simple, clean and nice place! Just a couple minute walk to the ferry so it was the perfect spot for our overnight stay. The owners are such lovely people! They picked us up from the airport, took us to a great little warung and were very friendly and helpful.

The location is good. Walking distance to the Sanur harbour. And the owner is very nice and friendly. My flight is delayed late night, the owner is still waiting for us. The owner is very helpful. Help us to keep our luggage, call taxi. There are a lot of cute doggies at the property, especially Betty!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Its location in Sanur is just fine, on the opposite side of the road is the port of Sanur. The rooms are not large, but they have everything you need. Air conditioner works well, there is hot water in the shower. The pool is filled with water and is working. There is enough drinking water, 19-liter canister of water is downstairs in the kitchen, you can take it whenever you want. There is also a refrigerator and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hostess lays out tea, coffee, cookies and waffles for everyone. And even treats you to fruits. I would like to mention the hostess and owner of this hotel Yani. She is just an amazing woman, she can help you with any problem. She took us to the hotel from the airport at 2 a.m., as our flight was delayed for 3 hours. She will also help you exchange money, buy ferry tickets and buy a SIM card for your phone. We left our suitcases in this hotel for 8 days free of charge. At lust when we returned for suitcases Yani`s husband helped us to book taxi. We can recommend Umah Bagus, we would like to return here once again. Yani, thank you so much!

The guesthouse owner, Ms. Yani, is very nice, helpful and has a great sense of humor! The guesthouse is super well located near Sanur pier. So if you are taking a ferry in the morning to go to Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida, it is the perfect place to stay the night before.. Highly recommended!
