Cute monkeys but they were at our balcony all the time. Couldn’t be outside. Also come to the pool and try to take stuff from us. Kids got scared.

It was a bit difficult to find because google maps didn’t show us the correct direction.

Nice hotel very close to the center of Ubud. The room was very big. We saw a lot of monkeys on the property. The restaurant of the hotel is also highly recommended, cheap and tasty.

My only complaints would be that there are gaps between the doors and windows allowing insects in, so bring insect repellents. Also our bed was a small double and the mattress was very hard. The actual bed frame was beautiful

Always a great stay at the Ubud terrace, staff are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful with daily visits from the monkeys. The little restaurant at the front is very cheap and delicious!! Pool area clean and always cool. Close to water temple and beautiful restaurants

The monkeys came up on our balcony! :) We absolutely loved it! Just don’t leave your swimmers outside as the cheeky monkeys will take it. The kids also enjoyed playing in the pool . Gusti the hotel driver was very friendly and we could pay via credit card at the reception for our rides. Walking distance to monkey forest 👍

The air conditioning wasn't working well. They tried to fix it, but it wasn't enough. WIFI was terrible. The hotel looked like an old building since the bathroom had mould. The windows didnt fit the frames and therefore let in a lof of bugs.

The stay was very good at this price range. Location is awesome as it is in between market where you can have many restaurants as per your food need. Ubud monkey forest is just 400 meters away from the hotel. Also you will see a lot of monkeys coming to your balcony and you enjoy while they play.

We found ants in our room :( even though we didn’t have food waste in our room.

Location is unbeatable, right at Ubud city centre and Monkey Forest is just steps away. The design of the hotel is so traditional and Balinese, we love it! The pool is clean and pretty. And the restaurant is cheap compared to others on the main street. Also, monkeys visited our balcony every morning, which my kids loved so much!

The inside of the pillows were disgusting and brown from other peoples previous sweat and they stuck out from underneath the pillowcases so was very noticeable and off-putting. The hot water wasnt working when we arrived but was easily fixed, but on the last day, we went the entire day without any hot water - but we were given another room to shower in the next morning before we left for the airport. There was a lot of steps down to our room at the back, i get why, but having to carry heavy suitcases up loads of stairs at 5am, was not pleasant. The fridge had an awful smell to it, i cleaned it multiple times but couldnt get rid of the smell. i know i seem to have written more bad stuff than good, but it didnt ruin our holiday.

Location was brilliant. Monkeys were on the balcony every morning. Marble and stone flooring was nice. the view out our window was nice and green. Pool was nice, got plenty of sun throughout the day. Complimentary water every day. Changed the sheets multiple times during our stay. the cleaning staff were very friendly each morning, saying hello and asking if we wanted our rooms cleaned.
