We loved everything!

The staff are amazing- warm, genuine and friendly. For Guna, especially, no request was too large. All staff, regardless of their job, were absolutely wonderful. The food was exceptional! We tried the complementary tea and cakes and they were delicious. The (free) morning and afternoon yoga were located on a heavenly platform looking onto the jungle. The trainers were highly knowledgeable and super friendly. The pools were clean and even good for 30m lane swimming 😊 beautiful sunbeds, not busy at all, very peaceful. The spa experience was an hour of bliss. Bikes (free) were ok. They allowed us to cycle to the sparkling black sand beach. We didn’t want to leave!

Actually the breakfast concept with a la carte menu+buffet is very good. But the management a bit messed up. Even the staff is very friendly, every day we needed to push them to refill empty plates, refill empty dishes etc or for coffee if you don't want wait for 30min. The gym is useless. It's very tiny and the devices are old and partly broken.

Very nice and peaceful hotel. Super friendly staff. We enjoyed several complimentary yoga /sound healing/breath working classes and were super happy with it. Also the ubud shuttle is super organised. For the other times grab worked well for us.

The location is a bit hard to get in and out of for activities but the free shuttle does help. I recommend getting the grab app (like Uber) for a bit more accessibility.

The breakfast and food and all the amenities were fantastic. The staff were lovely and the place is gorgeous. Would recommend!

We loved everything about our stay at Nyuh. They had everything to make sure you are well taken care of during your stay. There were free activities to do everyday (yoga, rice field walks). The staff were very kind and caring, and were happy to help with anything we needed. The room was really comfortable and the massage at the spa (separate cost) was the best. It is located slightly away from the main Ubud area so you get the peace and quiet away from the crowd, but we could get there conveniently with the free shuttle when we needed to.

- the 2 bedrooms were not connected, so had to go in and out through the main door outside. Not so convenient with kids. - Bathrooms are huge but the shower was outdoor. Indoor tub was not so suitable for shower, mainly for soaking. - Very dim lights in the rooms so it was a little scary for us at night...

- Well maintained Villa overall, though the furniture were a little dated - Mosquite coils and sprays provided and set up for us as requested - Housekeeping staff were attentive - Great breakfast

A beautiful resort to stay in. The staff were so kind and helpful and very welcoming. We had a free floating breakfast upgrade which was a super fun experience. The shuttle into town made getting around very easy. Will definitely be back!

A beautiful resort in Ubud that would give you a much needed respite from the usual hustle and bustle! The pool was fantastic and everything about the resort was lovely. It totally exceeded our expectations. Loved it!

A distance out of town, a little to far for a spontaneous visit into Ubud.

It’s 20mins below the centre of Ubud. They offer a free shuttle, but it still wasn’t a great base with most of the temples, restaurants and waterfalls being in Ubud centre or north of ubud. Still I would stay again for a few nights!

We booked last minute and got a great deal - the daily yoga and breath work classes were great, the views and pool was amazing - wish we had more time here and in Ubud
