Everything was great

Great place, very quiet. The villa is spacious with a very nice bathroom and comfy bed. We got additional mattress for our daughter, she says it was great. The pool is small but very well maintained. A great place to chill. But the most important thing is staff, and oh boy, it was great. Our caretaker was lovely and we were really feeling welcomed. Highly recommended.

One small issue is the street nearby. For those who like to sleep long it may be disturbing. They have two villas, so if available, choose the second one from the street.

Super clean villa in the vicinity of Ubud. Desa was super friendly helping us with all we asked. She served delicious breakfats every morning at our choice. The bed was super comfortable and an extra large size.

Wow! This place was amazing! Out of the way, lovely view of a rice terrace outside the doors, and the pool was beautiful. This has a lovely little kitchen so if you're more prepared than we were, you could easily make your own meals here. The pool is a nice enough size to swim and is lovely to sit by in the evening. Comfy bed and pillows, great air con and blackout curtains to help you get a great nights sleep! The bathroom is well equipped and has hot water (hard to come by in a lot of places!) and very good water pressure. Their soaps smell great too! Bath towels are all very nice and fluffy and the bath robes are a great addition. The staff are wonderful! So friendly and helpful. Brilliant level of communication too. Best breakfast we've had, asked for spicy and they were happy to add a nice amount. The watermelon juice was absolute perfection! Wish we had found this earlier so we could have stayed longer, but it made a great end to our trip!

Everything was perfect.

The property was really great, and the location was really quiet. Everything was clean and full of amenities, and the kitchen was full of essential cookware and cutlery. Host and staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cooked a really nice breakfast for us. Very beautiful place, rice fields right outside of your door. Perfect for people who like quiet places to spend some quality time. Absolutely highly recommended villa to stay in Ubud.

To be honest I would say that this accommodation looks better than on pictures :) we had a very nice stay there. Ladies that take care of the house are lovely! Breakfast was very good, room was clean (no bugs), location is just 15 min from Ubud be bike in calm area.

This was a beautiful place to stay, we were very comfortable and the service was brilliant. We hired a scooter to explore Ubud. It is in a quiet area so you can practice on the scooter. The villa has complimentary breakfast. Lunch and dinner can also be made for a small cost. The dinner was delicious.

Location is pretty far from Ubud town and there are no shops or restaurants nearby the villa. The light in the bathroom is too dim.

The location is very peaceful, in the middle of rice fields. The pool is quite large and great for a swim. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room service food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great with several options to choose from like local or western food.

We loved everything about this place! The bed is very comfortable, it even has 4 pillows. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped and a cool experience to cook outdoor ;) Of course the pool is the highlight. Above all, the high level of cleanliness impressed us! There is even the possibility to order food and massage. The oil massage was the crowning glory of our stay. We can definitely recommend the villa!

Nothing, it was perfect and really great value for money

- private, quiet location - Wayan (staff) was very attentive and friendly - great breakfast options - beautiful, clean pool and villa (cleaning available everyday) - an indoor table and sofa is inside which is not in advertised photos - bonus! - really big, comfortable bed - nice bathroom - undercover parking for scooter - in amongst rice fields but only 10 min scooter ride from Ubud thank you so much Wayan and family, we had a fantastic stay

Clean, new and dry (what’s very important in Ubud) villa is located in the very quiet place just 2,5 I’m from the city centre. Perfect own and service personnel are very helpful. Daily cleaning, private pool and yard, cooking facilities, good breakfast according to our priorities.

It is not possible to walk to the Ubud center from the villa, so you should rent a bike or take a taxi.

If you have a motorbike, it's the best place to stay in Ubud! Booked this villa several times (whenever it was available). Located near the rice field and not busy village road. The villa itself is quite fresh and well maintained. There is: + Covered parking + Reliable Wi-Fi connection (50 Mbps or faster) + Clean rooms/private pool + Breakfast (4 types) and cleanup every day + Quiet, no city noice (very rarely there are motorbikes passing by), no nature's noice (like roosters in the morning or singing cicadas), no insects The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ketut and Wayan. By the way, if this villa is already booked, there are other similar options by Ketut on AirBnB. For example, when Mayura villa was busy, I booked his Suarga villa and did not regret. Highly recommend.

There was nothing not to like.

The villa is located in a quiet area in the middle of paddy fields. No disturbance from anyone and it was truly Private The villa was well maintained and stocked. We ran out of Internet at night and the staff turned up to fix it. They diligently followed up with our breakfast orders too..
