The privacy of our pool and room. The staff were friendly and helpful . The massage area and massage was relaxing. Easy shuttle ride to Ubud Central. Shops and restaurants nearby.

I think some general maintenance in bathrooms to get rid of mould . Re cork all the edges and a paint job. The fountains were working in the pool

I would prefer the bathrooms to be sealed; the decorative brickwork and open-air shower allowed heat and mozzies in. That said, you can easily close the door and we were given a mozzie repellent so it's really a minor issue.

Breakfast was decent and the satay we ordered for a snack was very good. The beds were comfortable and the staff very attentive, helpful and courteous. Loved the pool area and the views are fab. A very relaxing place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre (but not too far away for it to be a viable location). The free shuttle car into the town was really handy as well.

Breakfast isn't included by default like many other places; this, & the rather limited options in-house led us to look elsewhere to dine. I didn't like how we were held at reception while they sent someone to inspect our room upon check-out & then questioned accusingly over a 'missing' hand-towel (it was in the other bathroom) - as if we'd steal an old stained scratchy hand-towel, we have nice clean, fluffy towels at home! [What WAS missing was an in-room Safe that had obviously been removed from the Wardrobe at some time prior & not replaced]. It was also not cool that after arriving at night clearly exhausted from travelling since 4am (which we stated) & finally making it to bed, a staff member insisted on ringing our doorbell multiple times, before then attempting to call our phone multiple times - obviously we were trying to sleep. It turned out to only be to tell us about the mosquito fogging not happening until 5pm the next day, that they instead gave us a message about in the morning. Common sense should have prevailed after the first non-answer that this was not urgent & to leave tired guests be.

Location was great, really close to Ubud town, only being a few minutes shuttle ride away. Along with the Firefly Restaurant & Bar on-site, there's also Muse Cafe to one side (we tried both Breakfast & Dinner) & a Circle K convenience store to the other. We also found the dining at another small resort across the road to be really lovely & welcoming one morning when we felt like a change. All Staff were friendly & polite. Housekeeping seemed to watch for us leaving for Breakfast & whip in & out whilst we were gone so as not to inconvenience us (we had a little giggle at this every morning), they literally do only whip around though. The room was pretty much true to the photos online, only a teeny bit tired looking, particularly the pool decking. The Pool water spout/fountain things didn't function like pictured, & the pool itself was only 1m deep. The bed was surprisingly super comfortable - far superior to many NZ Hotels we've stayed in.

Some of the facilities (toilet, bath etc) were a bit old but still functioned normally and didn’t really bother us at all!!

The staff were super friendly and ready to help with any needs we had. Special shout out to Gede who went out of his way to look after us!! The room was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Beautiful view over the rice fields and jungle. It was also really convenient to have the shuttle into town, which was about 5 minutes away. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety to choose from.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price of our two bedroom villa but they did offer it in the restuarant, which was nice, for 100k per person.

The villas where very spacious, and offered a fantastic setting in the middle of Ubud. Not to far from the centre. Staff where very friendly and accommodating at all times. The restaurant at the hotel was under renovation while we were they, but there are plenty of options in Ubud to eat anyway! I definitely recommend anyone visiting Ubud to stay here, great value for money.

Rooms, facilities and cleanliness not good. You could see every surface was old and in bad shape. Noisy electronics, moldy and old shower. Pictures not representing real situation.

Breakfast was great with a good variety, staff were really friendly. The room was perfect, great size and comfortable bed, also really nice having the private pool. Location was great with the free shuttle to Ubud, restaurant and shop just walking distance as well.

The staff staff were amazing all times so friendly and helpful. Amazing room with amazing facilities and views, excellent Aircon and the Netflix on the big screen was great! Fantastic location, not too far from the center, but still out with no city noise. If we were to come back to Ubud, this is where we would stay!
