The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to places easily. It's surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops, but it is calm day and night. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is basic as most hotel of this standard but still good and made fresh.

Steps up to the unit were large and uneven. There was no fridge in the unit even though it was pictured in the promotional material. One was provided on request which we appreciated. Excellent response.

- when using the shower the bathroom floor usually got completely wet - The service personnel was not good and definitely much worse than in other hotels in Bali or Lombok that we stayed in (less friendly (e.g., didn’t say hello when walking past them), less attentive, not always helpful) - Breakfast with only few options - Only super small complementary water bottles in the room

- Large and clean rooms with comfortable beds - Great location to explore Ubud - Nice pool area to relax from busy Ubud - Close to various good restaurants

The location of property on monkey forest road was excellent, as a solo traveler easy to walk everywhere and so many good restaurants nearby

The villa was very clean, large, bathroom excellent, aircon was great, the bed comfortable, room 101 is on the ground floor is new and very light inside, close to reception. The breakfast was simple but adequate, all staff were very friendly! The gardens are lovely.

The Wi-Fi did not work although I tried connecting to it several times and reached out to the reception.

Really nice staff, a spacious room, great location and quiet as well. The AC worked well and everything was pretty comfortable all around.

rude noisy drunk smoking next door, out on the verandah till midnight, very aggressive conversations within them selves. only there for a few nights of my 9 night stay, everything else great

The front bedroom was noisy with live music from the nearby venue. But this is out of the hotels control.

The property is right alongside the monkey forest, so expect some monkeys in the garden! Or outside your room, but nothing too bad!

Rooms could have had a sofa chair and table. Although the patio had 2 chairs and a table.

Basic small resort style property with beautiful pool and gardens. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was included in the price. It is situated right in the middle of bustling Monkey Forest Road with restaurants, cafes, shops, Pharmacy, mini mart and money exchange.

Breakfast was average or slightly below, renovation of the roof of our apartament was ongoing so it was noisy in the afternoon, especially if one wants to have an afternoon nap. But when I reported it to the receptionist he asked them to stop and it was quiet again

There was live music being played next door but noise is hard to avoid in more condensed areas when staying Bali

I had booked the standard room although there was a mix up & I stayed in the deluxe in exchange for slightly later check in. The gardens are stunning, and it’s in a great location making all Ubud walkable & safe as a female traveler.
