I think they recently repainted my room (room 104 if I remember correctly). So whenever I'd return to my room after a day out, there was quite a strong smell in the room - it smelled a little moldy...but I'm sure it is just paint. I stayed here for 6 nights - and the smell disappeared a bit as time passed. This was not enough of an issue that I wouldn't stay here again. The place is great.

I absolutely loved staying in Ubud Bungalows. As a solo female traveller, I loved the location and how safe it felt to travel around Ubud from the accommodation. The bungalows allow for privacy and are cleaned every day. The staff are friendly and helpful - even for a late check-in on my first day. The breakfast is good too - I liked the local/homely feel to the presentation. Overall, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Loved the spacious and clean bungalow. The setup of the resort, along a deep and very well kept garden makes that it is super quiet even though you’re right in the busy center of Ubud. The pool is very nice, as is the breakfast area that looks out onto a jungly part of the garden at the back. The ballroom sized shower was lovely as well.

Amazing location, clean rooms and sheets, delicious breakfast, clean pool, and friendly staff. They organised my airport transport. You dont need to go to Monkey Gorest. Just get up around 6am and watch mknkeys from your balcony. I really recommend staying in Ubud Bungalows, you won't regret it.

Not a deal breaker - as it's close from the monkey forest, monkeys can show up during breakfast. Staff will keep them away and keep you safe.

Great place in the center of Ubud. Cozy bungalows with lots of privacy. Staff is very friendly and helpful always available to help with anything - tours, hiring a bike, i.e. Pool is an outstanding area and breakfast tasty and overwhelming. If you feel overwhelmed with Ubud vibes, this is a very easy and relaxing spot to spend time in peace and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ubud Bungalow. Our recently renovated unit was huge with Balinese furniture and artwork. The bathroom was large and modern with a great rainfall shower. The grounds were beautiful and tranquil and the pool clean with sunbeds and pool towels. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with ample choice. We would not hesitate to stay if returning to Ubud.

The water pressure is a bit low, it took me forever to wash my hair. Also the breakfast selection is a bit minimalistic. It was delicious though but very simple. It is very much in the center so expect a relatively loud and busy environment. Most of it ended around 10-11pm though.

The garden is wonderful and the room is spacious, and very clean. I loved the flowers put into my room before arrival.

The breakfast was OK but not really superb. We first had a room without AC and that was really hard to sleep at night because of the humidity.

The room was very clean. The pool is really nice. Staff is very friendly and helped with everything. Location is close to everything you need in Ubud. If we ever come back we would consider going here again.

The pillows were thin and there were only two. Same with the towels, which were small too. It would've been nice to have a hand towel in the bathroom, and a spare towel to dry hair. There was some noise until 10 or 11pm at night from the hostel next door which didn't really bother us, but may bother others.

The location is fantastic.. you can walk to all the central areas of Ubud from here. The bed was super comfy (if you like a firm bed!) And also huge! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room with its large bathroom and outdoor shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was totally fine but nothing special. The gardens and pool area are an absolute winner. Monkeys roaming around during our stay made it magical!

Did not enjoy the interaction at check-in with the check-in staff. He also requested for payment for all 3 days right at the beginning which was a little odd. And you need buy your own water. You can buy it from a nearby store like K Circle. They provide 2 tiny little bottles in the room.

Excellent rooms with clean linen and big rooms. The bathroom was also well maintained. My room had a private balcony. This is a smoker friendly property with an ashtray placed in the balcony. The breakfast location was very close to my room and the food was sumptuous and the staff were delightful. I had to leave very early one morning for a cooking class and the team quickly packed me a filling breakfast to have in the cab. They were so kind and sweet. There are monkeys on the property and their are employees assigned to keep monkeys are bay. Really loved the location, the swimming pool which is open all day, the property is well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone.

Such a homely vibe to it. The staff our amazing do absolutely anything for you. I needed medical support and they sorted that for me very quick. I had a missing suitcase and they let me contact the airport of there telephone with no questions asked just to make sure I was okay. Room cleaned everyday. Staff constantly have smiles on their faces and greet you with hello. Location was absolutely perfect heart of everything all the local shops. Anything you need right there. Thanks so much for a gorgeous time on my time at Bali. I hope all the staff are doing great enjoyed conversations and chats with them throughout the day. Thanks ubud bungalow

Such a beautiful place to stay in Ubud. The staff are very well king and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and a lively view whilst eating. The property is surrounded my lush trees and plants and the room is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Great location. Near many great shops and places to eat. A beautiful hotel
