We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe bathroom and shower were a little rundown and needed some attention. Paint peeling off the floor of the shower. The shower head was heavily calcified with a lot of blocked nozzles..I cleaned these myself and it was ok for the remainder of our stay. The covers of the day beds around the pool were in desperate need of a clean or replacement. The bedroom needed some suitcase stands. We used some of the furniture instead.
The hotel is centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included. The hot breakfast was a la carte with a good choice of options. Cereals, bread and fruit were self service. The room was extremely spacious with a couch and large TV. The bed was huge and comfortable. The pool was well sized for swimming laps..approx 25m House services were accessible via a mobile app. Service was speedy.

PortugalWe booked a half-board for 8 nights, which meant that we had to repeat meals since the half-board menu is limited to 4 dishes (and at times there were some ingredients out of stock). Beware of the sun umbrellas and the small boxes on the rooftop, the sun passes and you can get sunburn easily.
Breakfast is one of the highlights of this resort, you can literally have a brunch everyday - they have a wonderful menu from which you can pick some delicious food. The pool in the rooftop is also amazing, you can see the sunset from there.

AlgeriaThe room was very very humid The bed smells very humid Once we put put our clothes in the room , all became wet , that’s the major problem in that hotel, but if you stay just a few days you don’t notice it . There was little ants in the closet when we arrived so we couldn’t put our clothes in there. In two weeks, two times we found a lizard on the roof but the stuff was very kind and took care of it immediately.
We spent two weeks in cross Paasha, it was good experience. The staff very kind and very helpful The location was great, in the Main Street and not so far from the beach. The breakfast was excellent The pool was excellent A great money value.

AustraliaShower was filthy and in need of some maintenance. Day beds and cabanas are very old and need some attention. Staff were hard to find when you wanted to order food by the pool and the qr code menu was a bit inconvenient because you always had to have your phone with you. Was pretty noisy at night.
Good location, very close to everything. The rooftop pool is awesome and had an amazing view. The breakfast is fantastic, not your typical buffet but I ended up preferring it because the food is actually fresh. Rooms are huge.

AustraliaBathroom in our room needed a renovation, shower pressure was terrible and did not feel clean. Our room faced the neighbouring buildings car park ( they have done a great job of adding greenery as screening) and our balcony was quite small as we were in the thick of Seminyak square, this did not bother us as we spent most of our time on the balcony or exploring Seminyak square.
The rooftop pool and restaurant were beyond exceptional, and the location could not have been better. We did not taxi anywhere we were able to walk to amazing restaurants, shopping markets, spas and the beach. Mostly we dropped and flopped by the pool, there was always plenty of room for everyone we managed to get a cabana everyday of our stay. Staff were amazing and very lovely and accomodating. Breakfast everyday was beautiful with mimosas included in the buffet. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend
