No telephone in the room,, they use smart phone app which does not connect you quickly to reception. Direct telephone would have been better in many occasions.

Shower was filthy and in need of some maintenance. Day beds and cabanas are very old and need some attention. Staff were hard to find when you wanted to order food by the pool and the qr code menu was a bit inconvenient because you always had to have your phone with you. Was pretty noisy at night.

Good location, very close to everything. The rooftop pool is awesome and had an amazing view. The breakfast is fantastic, not your typical buffet but I ended up preferring it because the food is actually fresh. Rooms are huge.

Our room was quite noisy, being located next to a bar that played very loud music until late.

Pool area was lovely, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and attentive and turn down service was exceptional. The location is also fantastic and walking distance to many iconic bars, cafes and restaurants in this part of Seminyak.

Bathroom in our room needed a renovation, shower pressure was terrible and did not feel clean. Our room faced the neighbouring buildings car park ( they have done a great job of adding greenery as screening) and our balcony was quite small as we were in the thick of Seminyak square, this did not bother us as we spent most of our time on the balcony or exploring Seminyak square.

The rooftop pool and restaurant were beyond exceptional, and the location could not have been better. We did not taxi anywhere we were able to walk to amazing restaurants, shopping markets, spas and the beach. Mostly we dropped and flopped by the pool, there was always plenty of room for everyone we managed to get a cabana everyday of our stay. Staff were amazing and very lovely and accomodating. Breakfast everyday was beautiful with mimosas included in the buffet. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend

This is the second time we have stayed with Cross Paasha (Formally known a U Paasha) and it was another wonderful experience. Rooms are massive and were clean and comfortable, Location is right in the centre of Seminyak (close to seminyak square, within walking distance to almost everything, bars, restaurants, massage and Beach clubs. Newly renovated roof top restaurant was amazing, with views of the sunset and an awesome roof top pool ! Breakfast was a "Semi- buffet" including pastries and breads as well as all the normal menu items you would typically see at a breakfast cafe. Wifi worked well. One of the best feature of Cross Paasha is the 24 check in/out - we arrived at the hotel and checked in at 8pm which meant that on the day we left we were able to check out at 8pm (timed perfectly for our flight home), takes the stress away from having to find somewhere to go between check out and flights home. Such an amazing benefit ! Would highly recommend for Couples and Groups

At times it was smelly around the hotel.

Excellent location within walking distance of the beach, lots of shops, restaurants, and fantastic bars. Huge room with a large comfortable bed, a hot shower, and high-quality bathroom products. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the à la carte hot food was great. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the roof top pool with a cocktail or two and swimming in the pool, long enough to do laps.
