It's an amazing place! I love it. Very beautiful. The houses are very nice, quite big, with good air conditioning, with Netflix and they have benn cleaned every day. The resort is great for me. Very nice, clean beach with amazing sunset in the evening. Very good swimming pool, nice garden and restaurant with very tasty food and not too expensive. But the biggest impression is the staff - amazing people, very friendly and helpful. From the security to the waitresses. It was fantastic. I really want to go back there and I can really recommend.

Nothing - couldn’t fault it. A really special place.

Amazing facilities and beach front property. We loved lounging on the bean bags and hammock on the beach, especially at sunset when the views were incredible. The restaurant food was great and all of the staff were so friendly, particularly Helen, Helmi and Lutfian. It’s about 45 minute drive from Bangsal Port but over an hour from some of the islands attractions like Tiu Kelep and Benang Stokel waterfalls. You can organise tours of the island and snorkelling trips through the hotel but we were only here a short time so just wanted to relax, and this was the perfect place to do so. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, my towels were on the floor and they didn’t swop the towels/ bath mat with fresh ones. I was a little bit sad/ upset. Cause they marked this information separate.

The hotel is directly @ the beach and you’ve got also sunbeds. That’s just amazing! The breakfast is more than great - you will get a whole BINGO paper sheet for choosing 😜 The tiny little villas are just so brilliant: lots of of light in there cause of the big windows & wide garden. Wish I had such a tiny „flat“ back home - all you need for a life with freedom & joy. 🙏🏼☀️

First of all, we really enjoyed the stay and also rated the hotel with 10/10. But there are still small things which are good to know for future guest or offer room for improvement: - The road is quite close to the house and one could hear from time to time the scooters - Dinner is for Indonesian standards more on the pricy side and the portion are (except for the all you can eat bbq and curry nights) not big. However, the food is of good quality. - We asked for help and information to get to the Gili islands. But the staff could only offers us their own pre planned and expensive day trip. They didn't know about ferry schedules or prices.

- The very nice resort and houses with the amazing outdoor bathroom - The staff is super nice and friendly - We had breakfast included and it was tasty and a lot. There was no need for lunch - Senggigi is just a 10min taxi drive away and offers a great variety of restaurants - Really good BBQ night on Saturdays - Clean and cold swimming pool

As stated restaurant was superb but we found a little pricey compared to other resorts with the same rating.😞 You need to hire a scooter or taxis as the resort is outside Senggigi.

From the moment you enter, this property is stunning! with beautifully kept gardens. The bungalows are gorgeous, super clean and the outdoor bathroom is a dream. The staff are exceptional, very welcoming and attentive. On-site restaurant is superb, breakfast is excellent We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay and the staff decorated our room upon our return from the beach with celebratory cake also.

We are still glowing from our week-long stay at the Chandi. We loved everything about this boutique hotel. The villas are pretty and very comfortable. The outside bathroom was amazing (and still very private). From our front porch we could enjoy an amazing view of the ocean while soaking up the lush greenery of the gorgeous garden. The pool was refreshing and there were always sunbeds available. These were so comfortable! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the restaurant (with a fabulous view). A check off breakfast menu was provided, and if you wanted more the staff was only too happy to bring it. The fresh juices and fruits were simply amazing. We also enjoyed several dinners in the restaurant. The prices were fair and the food very tasty. We especially enjoyed the barbecue evenings. The spa was also a treat. The massages were affordable and really wonderful. We also booked several outings through the hotel. All of them were wonderful from snorkeling in the secret Gillis to hiking to Tiu Kelep. The beach at the hotel is not one of the legendary white beaches with crystal clear blue water. But we knew this ahead of time. The ocean was still good for swimming (with beach shoes). The hotel is centrally located for many excursions and beautiful beaches are close by. The peacefulness and beauty of the hotel itself made up for the beach. Thank you to all the staff at the Chandi who made.our week so wonderful! We hope to return very soon!

The sunset view on Bali is amazing. The pool is really quiet. Karmila and Ratni at the spa have incredible hands! We loved to book treatments and massages with them especially every day during our stay. Pick any treatments from the list they are great. More generally all the staff is very welcoming!

The beach wasnt really a swimming beach and the rubbish around the area (not the hotel) was a bit of a turnoff. The location was quite a distance (4-5klms) from the main part of Sengiggi - but that could be a blessing or a curse.

Only small trivial things that could make the resort even better: A fitness room or at least some cardio machines A coffee machine for specialty coffee A more customizable service at the spa for the massages depending on need and preferred zones Other than that it was great!

Very well maintained with the loveliest staff. The resort is right on the beach. The breakfast is very good although it could be slightly more varied if you’re expecting to stay for a while. The spa facilities are nice and the massages are well priced.

Loved everything about this hotel….big cool well equipped room with cool outdoor bathroom, ocean view, beautiful grounds/gardens, amazing food…breakfast exceptional and plentiful served at table, uncrowded - only 15 rooms, best massage ever @ the Mandri Spa, great laundry service, fantastic value for money, lots of lovely touches…welcome drink brought round to room once settled in…so much better than gulping it down at reception on arrival, beach shoes in all sizes provided for guests to use, 2 hour happy hour (cocktails and spirits) every day, no shortage of mineral water, but the thing that really blew me away was the staff…each highly trained, efficient and genuinely friendly going out of their way to make your holiday a very special one, especially Widiya at front of house😍 - every hotel should have a Widiya! Can’t believe this isn’t a 5 start resort. Can’t recommend it highly enough. If I’m back in Lombok I’ll definitely return to the Chandi.

Pool was super cold and it is expensive to eat in compared to outside restaurants but you cannot walk to go out, have to book a taxi.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Also you can book daily trips (boat, city tour, Indonesian cooking class etc) which is very convenient. Clean place with nice food options too.
