Could do more with food varieties & night entertainment. Kind of limited except on Sat where there is live band. The Patio bar also closes at 10pm. After which, nothing much you can do. The activities was good but each and every activity is chargeable with all manage by different operators. With such a big lagoon, I feel could do more activities to it.

We really could not fault the resort.

What a great resort. The breakfast selection was extensive, both western and Asian, and the food was great. The dinners were scrumtious with a good menu available. The room was unique, particularly the interesting bathroom. The safari tents were well worth it, especially as we were in the first row and only a few meters to the pool's edge. The pool was incredible, warm water, constantly cleaned, and provided nearly a 2km walk around the pool for exercise. We didn't use any of Treasure Bay's activities, but they were extensive and very popular. The staff were excellent - the best we experienced on our whole Asian holiday. The resort was well worth staying there for the four days we did.

the staff were thoughtful, friendly and attentive to our needs. Appreciated the free upgrade to premium tent. Love the proximity to the ferry terminal and Treasure Bay lagoon! My children love the lagoon , in-room jacuzzi and excellent service.

Our rooms were not in the same cluster due to some drainage issue. Toilet flooring that were black didn't appear very clean. Room floor also didnt appear very clean.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and forthcoming. Breakfast selection was excellent. Es kul kul and Sunset Ritual were such a treat! We were allowed late checkout which was great but the hotel could only extend it to 1 room and we were a party of 12. But we understood the constraints. Thank you for extending it for us anyway. Greatly appreciated.

nothing significant that i can recall....

All the staff (reception during check-in, buggy drivers, restaurant staff... whole team) are very very polite and friendly which are very important for tourism and this team i met... made it beyond my expectation. Everyday everywhere we go over the 3 days, we are greeted by all the smiley faces, well done team. Although only one restaurant, there are a pretty wide selection of food available, taste wise is not bad too. room are decent size but floor cleanliness can be improve. Facilities are great, so convenient though not very cheap. hahaha. the taxi counter mended by Ari is very on point too. not much waiting time at all, the cars assigned twice when we used their service were both very very clean. appreciate.

Only one restaurant option which was fair. Breakfast almost same daily. Lagoon activity, firefly prices were more like Singapore prices.

Great location, right next to the ferry terminal. Very attentive and friendly staff without hovering. Got early check in and late check out without asking. Great lagoon and room right next to it. Jacuzzi worked well and room facilities good. Unlimited towels, buggy rides. Spacious room ample for one king and two single beds for the kids.

breakfast variety is disappointing for a 5 star establishment. around 9am the food is not hot anymore as well. No supermarket or many restaurants nearby so we had to mainly eat in the resort.

Being in Indonesia, we expected the prices for food and activities to be on the very affordable side, however, food prices would come close to staying at a hotel in Singapore. A lunch meal for 2 adults + 1 child would come close to SGD95. Treasure Bay (not a part of Natra) offers many wet and dry activities but you will need to pay for every single one of them and some (or most) of the prices are very close to what you could have paid for in Singapore. We were there to have fun and de-stress so we ignored the prices and swiped our cards away but the stress came back once we were back home and looked back at all of the receipts.

It's a unique glamping stay, something different from the usual lush hotels we were used to. We were worried that we would be peckish at night since there were no convenience stores around the area however, there was still an option for in-room dining even though we were sleeping in a tent! There was even an option to have a BBQ outside our tent so we had it for one of our dinner nights. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient too. As for the "room" itself, we were very happy and comfortable. It had a very spacious and comfortable bed, air-con to beat the heat outside and good channels for TV entertainment. Oh, and the spa is not bad.

It was located inside a huge area which is only can reach by car and transportation in Lagoi quite expensive. To go outside just for lunch around 2-3 kms you have to pay IDR 300.000 two ways. The price for activities also very expensive, thoug as Natra gues we got 20% disc still quiet high for us.

All area were very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast many variants.
