The TV reception wasn't the best, Al Jazeera and other news channels kept freezing and was hard to follow the news. Sections of the lagoon was closed off for swimming, this is due to other water activities. I would've liked to be able to swim from one end to the other when the activities were not taking place. The Tribute Portfolio resort channel kept continually playing a story of a jewish Spanish girl talking about her religion, struggle of her diaspora, longing for homeland, etc. - not appropriate at the moment when Israel is bombing Palestine, please keep zionist propaganda away, instead show how Palestinians are mistreated in their home land by zionists.

The amazing, friendly and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble and staff made you feel very special ( they even made birthday cakes for those with birthdays unasked for). The beautiful large tents were very comfortable with an outdoor (covered) bathroom. Breakfast was inclusive, extremely generous, varied and delicious. We spent so much time in the fantastic pool/ lagoon. We were a large family ( 18 months to 80 years) getting together for a special birthday and it was the perfect holiday for all ages. There were water play activities and slides on the lagoon ( extra charge) and a very good golf course nearby. Food and drinks very reasonably priced. Highly recommend the resort

Rooms weren't v far away from lagoon. Resort is v near the ferry terminal. Facilities a little old but mostly well maintained. Buggy to get you around to activity centre! Service was great.

We travelled as a family with 3 kids aged 2, 8 and 10. Natra Bintan was family friendly: baby chairs, cutlery for children, dining areas which we could sit in our wet swimsuits as well as a small table for kids. Crystal Bay was like a beach minus jellyfish and super salty water. Lifeguards were watchful over guests There one restaurant at Natra which provided a diverse and tasty menu at reasonable prices. We had a tasty Bbq dinner set up at our tent. Treasure Bay at the resort had a wide variety of activities which suited every age group A big shout out to the staff! We were greeted with kindness and warmth at the reception. The buggy teams were always smiling and efficient. Togo and Alwi from the restaurant were amazing! They were always cheerful, accommodating and professional. All their food recommendations were spot on for flavour and quantity!

The toilet floorings were quite slippery and my kids fell quite a few times

There was only one thing we didn’t like but it’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was a guest using a drone near the rooms and since bathrooms are partially open, I think drones should be forbiden.

Staff was very nice, always making sure we had what we needed. Food was amazing and of great quality. We did a tropical massage that was perfect and very relaxing. The romantic dinner was great, with tasty food and amazing service from Eki. Would definitely come back!

Very picturesque and stunning resort with the blue crystal lagoon being the centrepiece. Comfortable stay in the glamping tent which is luxurious and has the best of amenities. The outdoor styled bathroom is beautiful. Very friendly and courteous staff. Good food and plenty of activities to engage all ages and people. All in all a very pleasant stay and experience.

The noise from the other hotel was too loud. The music volume was very loud but the operations manager help to feedback to them and the next night the volume was lower.

Love the location, near to amenities like the jetty, ferry terminal..Staff service is fantastic as usual. Our second time here and surpassed my previous experience. Massage was great, staff was responsive and they spoke English generally well.

It would have been nice had the food price in the hotel restaurant been a little cheaper. Not many shopping sites nearby, although the hotel offers a good taxi service at a reasonable price.

Great facilities, especially the lagoon. Fantastic staff, honestly amazing hospitality. They provide a high quality service, and we were welcomed by dancers upon arrival. Lots of activities for both adults and children, and it was a very family friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

Exceptional staff who were polite, friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms, great dining experience and lovely location and pool - and enjoyed an amazing massage! Lots of staff present round the water, so felt comfortable with the children playing safely.

Everything was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming, they really made our stay feel special. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5, the treasure bay and activities were great for the kids and the food was awesome too. We definately recommend Natra Bintan and would love to return. Thank you for the lovely relaxing break we needed!
