It’s quite rocky to get to the location of the property. If you walk it it would take 15 minutes quite some incline. I rode a motorbike which took me at least 5-7 minutes. Super rocky and was dangerous at some points but no other choice! In terms of property location, it is great. 13 minutes to the meeting point for mount batur hike also has a mini mart on the main road just at the bottom of property. 5 minutes to the natural hot springs

Staff and owner were super accommodating and friendly. Had a small family owned business feeling to it. Was able to rent a motor bike from the property also. The view by the poolside was amazing, overlooking the mountains. The room was spacious clean. Nice little unit on its own. Super peaceful

Bathroom smelt and they need to leave a good air freshner else you have to keep the fan and light on all night to make sure the smell stays out of the room. Wifi is very low in the room and had to sit outside to get it. Not the properties fault but too many flies around and the farmers make noise with machines during the day. Other than the walk up the mountain - there is very little to do in this area.

Clean airy room with air conditioning. Lovely views of the lake and mountain. Small refreshing pool. A place to be alone and do little Staff are great and do their best to make it a very nice stay .

-bathroom is not properly ventilated, but it made our stay not less nice and had no influence on our stay -the way up to the hotel is not as bad as some people describe! A little bumpy but no problem at all. We made it easily as scooter beginners😃

-Friendly and supportive staff! -Glass houses are modern and had a lovely lake view -Breakfast options were great and delivered to room -We came late and the guys still prepared some dinner for us! -Lovely pool area with nice views -Hiking tours can be organised through the hotel

A Nescafé coffee machine would be a handy addition to this business it would save you having to go to the top of the hill for a decent coffee

Room with amazing view 🏔️ new renovation, room is fresh💫Personal was very friendly 💖 I was with two suitcases and bags, the gojek app did not work on the hotel area ... the staff delivered me and my luggage on another bike to the area, where I was able to call a taxi 🚕 Thanks a lot🙏 Now I want to go back there for at least a week… Every morning with a great view 🔥🔥🔥😍 and fresh mountain’s air ❤️

The hotel staff were amazing, so kind and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. We arrived and they were available straight away. We ordered food which was so nice and they bring everything to your room. They booked us on to the sunrise trek up Mount Batur for the next morning, which was easy and actually cheaper than online. Our guide for the trek came to the hotel and we hiked from there, this was so fun and I would definitely recommend doing it this way. The views from the room and the pool are unbelievable, because of this you are a little far up from the main road and supermarkets if you need them, but we walked and it took around 15 mins. When we checked out they booked us a taxi to take us to Kuta, I would highly recommend this service, it was a local driver and he was great, he asked if we wanted to stop at any attractions on the way, the journey took just under 3 hrs and it was cheaper than a grab ride. Our driver was so friendly and it was nice to support a local driver. Overall this stay was just perfect.

Room facilities can be a tad bit better. Like soaps and shampoos can be labelled, a few more charging sockets and a safe.

This is by far the best place to stay anywhere in the world! What a stay we had here. The villas, the view, swimming pool, everything just mesmerizing. DONT BELIEVE SOME OF THE REVIEWS about the way to reach here. It's uphill of around 1.5kms from the main road, but that's how you get the view of hills and the Batur lake. The road is a little bumpy in a small stretch but otherwise drivable. The only problem you would face is almost a vertical slope leading upto the hotel. That's really steep. But you won't necessarily need a 4WD per se. A good car with a fairly better engine will do the trick. Our old Kia Rio was stuck just 5m from the hotel. Any good SUV wont know a thing A special mention about the staff here. They are the real heroes. They will give you a WhatsApp and you can get anything with a simple "Hi". They will spot on the pool and offer you free coffee and tea. They will spot you walking out of the hotel and offer you a drop. Just gratitude for such good people. Another good thing about this place is that Batur Natural Hot Spring and Toya Devayasa are just outside your descent. Will surely return.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, I had to close the door. Many flies in the region so you'll have to stay inside most of the time. Road to get there is challenging.

Big and clean room with AC. Bed was confortable and it was pretty quiet the days I stayed there. Located at 5min walk from the start of Mt Batur trail. You can order your meals and drink via Whatsapp and the staff delivers directly to your room. Very nice pool with beautiful view of Mt Agung.

Just the road up to the accommodation

The most beautiful view of all the accommodation in the city. So clean and comfy. It is just hard to get up the hill, the road is in a terrible state. But love the place!
