There was poor soundproofing between the room door and the hallway. All the noise from people in the hallway could be heard in the room.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were very helpful and the departure lounge was extremely helpful.

Facilities is big, if dont like to walk far will feel tired but this is minor problem due to the facilities itself is big

Service is really good. All the staff are very kind and offer good help and support. Room is really good and spacious, for people who like to swim the location will be good to enjoy the pool. Amenities in the room are also very special. Various breakfast menu and overall taste is ok.

The aircon was noisy (flapping sound) at low speed. Had to turn it on it at a higher speed. Fridge inside room was noisy too. Water from the bidget was smelly, so we used the shower instead.

Great location with many services, eateries, and malls nearby. Can walk along the beach to nearby Discovery Mall. Very spacious lovely garden theme compound. Clean room with huge and comfortable super King bed.. Free drinks in the fridge. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and with some variation daily. Definitely will return on my next trip.

Be great for the staff to be given a barista course - coffee each morning cool and coffee bitter. Restaurant menu could do with review as minimal options but food tasty and served with a smile

Staff were so kind and welcoming. They were happy to help with anything they could. The hotel area was calm and quiet at night and relaxing by during the day. Beachfront was beautiful. Close to airport which meant we could enjoy more of our holiday.

Staff was very helpful and cooperative. We had to rush to the hospital because of a little incident. The staff members Edy Gunawan and Shandy Ari escorted us to the best international hospital in the area and stayed with us at the hospital so that the whole process of documentation and communication was easy. Really helpful and nice people!

Room was very clean and comfortable and a good size. The turndown service at night was a lovely touch. The choice at breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Pool was amazing with lots of options of where to sit. The staff were very attentive and responded quickly to requests.

Not a single thing!

Excellent location. We had a King Size bed which was huge and so comfortable. Gardens and pool area was so clean and well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas around the pool. The food at the Sands restaurant was excellent, with the breakfast catering for all nationalities. We usually had breakfast around 10am, when it was reasonably quiet. Always ate in the separate air conditioned room, which had great views of the pool and beach. All the staff were so helpful and friendly it wouldn’t be fair to pick one out.
