Taruna offers beautiful rooms and a lovely pool. What really stands out is the excellent food in the restaurant! And very friendly staff. I was lucky enough to see a rindik concert by two men, very nice music!

If you want to eat in another place than the hotel you'll have to walk a bit or have some transport. They do rent out motorbikes and bicycles though!

Thus place is wonderful. It's small enough to feel familiar but big enough to have all the facilities you could want. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is always clean. Laundry service was also great. I would go here again straight away!

One tiny remark; for the welcome drink it would be lovely if there would be a none alcoholic option.

a paradise on the north side of Bali. A very well-maintained location with friendly staff and a nice swimming pool. We recommend everyone get a massage as they were heavenly, as was the food.

Everything was great, but the only thing that could add to the experience would be a mini-fridge in the room.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Taruna. Beautiful room, garden and pool. The showers in the room were gorgeous! Excellent service, very friendly staff and very good food in the restaurant. The location was also perfect. We greatly appreciated the extra touches like room service and even turn-down service! We returned from dinner to find our beds turned down, outdoor lights on and mosquito repelling devices plugged in. 100% recommend!

We spent 8 incredible days at Taruna homestay shops! Everything was perfect The room is very large with a very charming outdoor bathroom! This one is cleaned twice a day nothing to say! Then the restaurant is fabulous The breakfast is very complete we even had the chance to take it at the pool (an incredible experience) for dinner a diverse and fresh menu a real treat with attentive and gentle service to spend a total relaxing moment. The hotel includes a lot of activities and will be able to answer all your questions. I thank ALL the staff again for their kindness and sweetness and thank you to taruna for her generosity and are sharing! We recommend this establishment 100% and we will come back be sure! Hmmm, well, the fridge in the room was a little noisy, so we just unplugged it at night. The best location in town is definitely closer to the biorock, but the hotel does offer a shuttle service.

Cannot fault this little place. The staff are joyful, the gardens and pool are perfectly maintained. The food is good. The rooms are super comfortable, clean and large. The staff go the extra mile - makeup the room everyday, and turn- down for bedtime. This is over and above their star level. It was also lovely to see them including and training local high school students for future tourism jobs. We had a big goodbye hug from them all.

Many travellers smoke but luckily there was always an opportunity to eat or relax away from that.

The drive was very long; over 4 1/2 hours to reach. The area is very dry and the National Park was inaccessible due to drought. The road is like a highway with many trucks and buses, so not the town atmosphere we were expecting.

The staff at Taruna were lovely and they booked us a very good snorkeling experience. Breakfast was great, serviced by the ever smiling Katut. The pool was great and it was in walking distance to the beach.

Amazing place, we extended our stay twice. Superfriendly and qualified staff, beautifully kept garden, good value for money trips, nice spa, good food. When I was sick for a day they went out of their way to help my girlfriend and me. The room was kept checked dayly, bed was made, towels replaced. Extremely good value for money, highly recommend. Such a tranquil and beautiful place to spend some time. We extended our stay because we loved it so much. The facilities are fantastic and the suite that we stayed in was so clean and well maintained. The restaurant is wonderful with a great selection and we chose to eat there almost every night of our stay even though there are many other restaurants around to choose from. It is, however, without doubt the incredible staff that made our stay at Taruna so memorable. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to ensure their guests have a wonderful time. We are so looking forward to one day being able to return to this beautiful sanctuary.

I would suggest to improve breakfast options. The egg dishes were ok, but pancakes can be better.

The really warm and friendly people that work here. They are so nice, make you really feel welcome. It is such a great and nice place to stay. We had a big room with an outside bathroom. Beautiful! If you go to Pemuteran, you should stay here!

Morning noise from the Mosq

very friendly staff and a nice, clean and comfortable stay. We booked a deluxe family room, clean and sober rooms. Good breakfast.and good restaurant for afternoon and evening. Pool and massages available. Situated along the main road it is a 700m walk to the beach. We can absolutely recommend to stay here.

There was some noice around, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The pillow was also not the most comfortable for me, but that is also personal.

Very nice place to stay with a beautiful pool in a wonderful garden. The staff is extremely helpful and there to assist you for whatever you may need or desire. I really felt at home here and would come back if I am in the area.
