We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaActually it got 2 Towers, i stayed at tower 2. To go to swimming pool at Tower 1. We need to go down & walk through a open parking lot, to the Tower 1 lobby. The breakfast menu does not change on my 4 days stay. No meal suitable for children. All spicy, except for the fried egg & plain porridge

IndonesiaStaff were so slow on making decisions on our case that they were late to replace new rooms for us due to broken air-conditioning when it was already 11pm. Forced me to wake my mom and in law wake up just to move to another room that has been assigned. When finally i agree to just take three rooms instead of two because it's just so laaaaateeee almost midnight with 2 of the full price rooms plus another half price for the third room. My aunty finally couldn't stand it and suggest that we just go home to sleep and let others stay. Went to lobby finally with all the belongings and Ilham the manager with very good and positive attitude offered us just sleep anyway because it is too late for us to drive home. Also, it took forever for them to bring me hair conditioner until i finally get out from the room and check everyone out still no hair conditioner.
The food was great but too salty. Other than that, I dont think i have any other great experiences. Room was small, oh right there is no hair conditioner in the room.
