The breakfast buffet can be improved.

Feel very well coming . It has a very nice ambience.The smell of Lemongrass is so refreshing .The staffs are all very friendly & helpful,especially Maya the Guest Relation Officer. Not only is she pretty but she's also very concern with our needs.She also organized an advance Birthday Wish decor and cake before Our check out for the next day. I feel very touch

All is great except for the condition of the towels in the rooms which looked yellow and old. The bed linen is quite rough as well. It's a pity as the rest of the room was really great. Hope the Hotel can improve the quality of linen in the rooms.

The service offered by the Hotel is really good. Maya texted me a day before arrival to check our requirements which is a lot; 2 sets of connecting rooms, all with twin beds. She is there to welcome us at check in and even made dinner reservations for us. We have not received this level of service from any other Hotel previously.

1) when booking, the description mention about poolview, seaview, city view, etc. so i have a very high expectation of the view outside my room. unfortunately, what i get is a blocked view by a wall. i hope that there is a more detailed room category so that i know what i am paying for. 2) while there are many TV channels, the room TV has many scanning lines which makes watching impossible. 3) there is a slight smoking smell in the room even though this is a smoke-free room. probably because other rooms on the same floor are smoking room.

The A/C could be a bit better especially in humid environments.

Location is next to harbor bay terminal within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Mie Ayam, chicken rice, bakso, sio mai, congee, sweet sour fish, continental breakfast selection and the list goes on.

Bathroom grouting problem, you don't have bedside room lights control panel - inconvenient . All my friends got welcome dessert plate in their rooms except my room ? Overall we're happy.

Nothing particularly adverse. We didn't manage to get the Seaview rooms which we booked initially. However, the hotel made it up by giving us 2 connecting good sized rooms with king size beds which my family of 6 is particularly appreciative of. We enjoyed being able to move about the 2 rooms freely. As the hotel is still being built in phases, there is no gym yet but available swimming pool and spa facilities.

Service from the hotel staff is excellent. They were very patient in answering all queries and even checked to see what time we are arriving. Even the bellhop opens the front doors for us every single time. Breakfast buffet is nice too with a good selection that's caters to both children and elderly.
