We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Big clean rooms with a comfortable bed. Lovely setting with friendly attentive staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast and the restaurant options were not bad either.

Very spacious, clean and cool (despite heat outside) room, free of charge refill of drinking water as much as needed in the corridor, very tasty breakfast included in room rate, reasonable price, 2 nice pools and beautiful garden, friendly staff. Location is very convenient if you travel by boat from Sanur port, only 10-15 min walk via pedestrian street. Only few minutes to Sanur beach!

New ZealandYou can't turn right into the hotel or when leaving the hotel. This meant the taxi took an extra 30 mins(!) due to traffic as it drove down the road, past the hotel, to get to the first place where it could turn right to turn around. We would have been better getting out before the hotel and walking the 120m from the prior intersection. And it was the same with getting the free shuttle to the ferry terminal. Walking was 10 mins, taxi would take 30 mins(!) so we walked but it was hot and bad footpaths for the suitcase.
Beautiful facilities. Quite late check out meant we could relax by the pool for the morning. Very close to the ferry for Nusa Lembongan.

They arranged us a pickup from the airport for 400k and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was 10min walk from the harbor

JapanThe only minor issue (truly minor) was that the shower water leaked out of the bathtub onto the bathroom floor. No biggie, but it needed a towel keep the floor dry. Wifi was super slow.
Only stayed one night. The room was large and the bed was big and comfy (comfortably firm and cool, not soft and hot). As a reference, we stayed in a much pricier place later on our Bali trip and the beds there were considerably worse (mushy and hot). Breakfast was a buffet; good and enough. fresh fruit, eggs, rice, ham/bacon...
