We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaVery strange electrics - we had a wired-in light that stayed on all night and had to pull the plug for the bedside lamps - no switches? And while the staff were all very nice, some of our requests were not addressed. Might have been our poor Bahasa, though. Suggestion: instead of saying yes we can get you a taxi and then coming up 2 mins later to say get yourself a Grab, just say, so sorry, a taxi can’t be done but can we help you get a car?
Very clean, very friendly staff, excellent location. Glad to get a room that faced West so didn’t get the noise from the traffic.

IndonesiaStaff did not even try to help without request. We stayed previously for 5 months and as hotel was near empty, we asked for a slightly larger room over the one we booked. A definite NO. I had emailed 3 TIMES before we arrived to ask questions but never ever got a reply. Also as it was Ranafan they reduced the breakfast dine to minimal but we had paid for full breakfast and only got basics. Room now old and not well maintained. Much newer and better hotels to choose from now so definitely will never return to "Grand" Savero.

GermanyHuge leakage in the room. Brown water leaked into the bedroom. Nothing is soundproof, therefore the room was VERY noisy. You could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms. Hallway was also always noisy. Breakfast was NOT great.

AustraliaIt’s on a very busy road and the windows are thin so there is loud traffic noise. The biggest issue was the doorbells - rooms have loud bells and because the walls are thin I heard them ringing all night. The gym was very small - a few single light hand weights, a treadmill and a broken exercise bike. No yoga mats or space to stretch.
