Bad coffee. We called it Boganville For the price the rooms could be more luxurious with nicer outdoor areas.

Pool was lovely although quite crowded so a little difficult at times to get a sun lounge. Daily breakfast was amazing. Room was neat and tidy and very spacious.

It was very busy so it was noisy. Getting a lounger next to the pool is impossible. Time your breakfast well as again it's mad busy.

Great pool area. Location in Sanur is excellent and only a 10 min walk from the new Icon Mall. Staff are all very helpful and friendly.

Close up hotel could use an update. Pool deck had loose decking. Tv in room were difficult to use. Couldn’t work out how to watch streaming services. Lucky someone had not logged out.

There weren’t enough sunloungers around the pool, the balcony didn’t have any furniture on. We paid extra for a balcony with a jacuzzi on but definitely wouldn’t recommend to do this, the jets were so weak it was pointless.

The pool area and restaurant was lovely. All the staff were really friendly.

A few rooms have damp in the ceiling outside the rooms from the aircon units, did not see on the last 5 visits.

As noted above pool decking needs replacement. Housekeeping generally good, but they took towels and didn't replace, had to wait for 40 mins dripping wet after being in pool, they took small towels and didn't replace on 4 separate occasions, I asked was there a problem with laundering or supply but they couldn't identify issue. When towels were hung up (ie not requiring replacement), ,they took them anyway Seemed not enough staff to service rooms, also pool towel supply was unstaffed a few times due to staff taking a break and no replacement

Pool was great, decking needs replacing and is a hazard, nails and all sorts of non standard screws were found, needs full replacement. Room was smaller than photos looked, AC was very good. Staff were exceptional

Pool was amazing. Just not keen on people claiming chairs & not using them for hours. We sat apart for over an hour , waiting for people to use chairs with towels on. Breakfast selection was great. Room was also excellent. This hotel is aging, so expectations should be aligned.

We didn’t have hot water when we arrived.. It came back at night. We booked the room with outdoor jacuzzi, jets weren’t strong enough and water came out pretty brown. Also it wasn’t very private as there were buildings around and people could see you. Room smelled a little bit. With all this considered, it was a bit overpriced.

Location was great, friendly staff and very comfortable bed.

I was staying at this hotel following an unexcpected accident and surgery in Bali. I was not originally booked to stay here but had to revise my plans to fit my new situation. The hotel was chosen on the basis that it was wheelchair accessible, which is not easy to find in Bali. We were very happy with our choice. The hotel so very kindly provided us with use of a wheelchair during our stay there and the staff really took good care of us and helped when going up/down the ramps. Felt really safe and so could really enjoy my stay there although of course I could not use much of the facilities. Want to say a big thank you and keep up the great service :-)

There are ants in the room! Lots of them! On the bed, on the curtains, on the minbar! I told room service about it and they sprayed something but it didn’t work!

Room air-conditioned was stuck on Antarctic. Most sun beds are in the shallow water, I nice design but rather impractical. I use an ebook and was paranoid about dropping it in the water. (Perhaps a small point)

Great big pool, nice temperature. Comfortable rooms. Fast WiFi. Fast lifts, top location. Has a gym although very small, you can do a decent workout

Wifi was intermittent. The toilet in 8180 was sideways so difficult to put feet either side and impossible to have them in front.

The staff are wonderful, at all levels, in all respects. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoy the western and Asian selection. Welcome drink was perfect. Love the pool. Our room was beautifully clean. The bed very comfortable and good linen. The location is perfect for us.
