I stayed in several different rooms, the first room I stayed in I didn't like as it was a bit smelly and too close to the entrance - so I felt I didnt have privacy. There was also a huge cockroach in the bathroom which made me scared to shower... But the two other rooms i stayed in I had a totally different experience! So i guess room 3 i wouldn't recommend ..

Air circulation in bathroom is trapped. Wastafel was clogged. I think someone who ever stay in the room pee somewhere, probably the bed, I don't know. The smell is still there. Beware of the monkey, sometimes they come to the room. No water provided at the room.

The location is in the heart of Ubud, easy to go everywhere. Nice big room. Have nice fridge inside the room. We got a room with a bathtub.

The one pillowcase had dirty marks on it, and there was a big cockroach that crawled in behind the sink.

I enjoyed taking a swim in the pool and the view from the balcony. The staff were friendly, they even brought to my room a free cup of coffee. Overall I really enjoyed my stay there!

The tv didn't work and we couldn't acces the wi-fi. The shower had no door or shower curtain, so the water ran all over the bathroom floor, which was a slip hazard. The external surfaces and stairs were very slippery when wet - and as it rained every day we were there, they were dangerous.

The air con worked well and was quiet. The bar fridge was huge. It was quiet in regards to no road noise. The unit was a great size. The location was so convenient to everything - walking distance to Monkey Forest, restaurants, supermarkets, markets. Our room had both a stand up shower and a separate bath. We liked the monkeys sitting on our window sill - very entertaining.

Leak in the sink was never fixed. Staff jus handed me a bucket to put under the sink but it did fix the problem.

Location was great and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.It had a big porch with beautiful gardens all around. The staff was very friendly.

Everything was great specially location and staff. We would suggest better ventilation in the toilet and that the windows of the rooms can stay opened without fear of the monkeys getting inside.

Honestly, this hotel was my favorite thing in Ubud. With more and more Western and modern places being open in Ubud, this hotel offers your an authentic experience still. The garden and pool were simply magical. Friendly staff and perfect location. The room is big and the bed is comfortable.

The location on map and booking.com is different from where it is exactly so it was hard to find the first day.

I liked nothing, beds had bed bugs, staff wasnt coperative,you always had to drag them to clean, lizards and ants in the rooms,no lift to carry your luggage and stroller.if you ask the staff to change your bed sheets they will start crying and wont listen to you.this place is full of ants, lizards in the room.so if you are looking for a clean places,this isnt the place.

I didnt like anything, it is a pathetic place to stay, full of filthy amenities. Just stay away from this place .
