The choice at breakfast is quite limited if you're gluten-free. The bathroom could do with refurb. Be sure to use the security box for valuables at all times!

The loungers available on the beach and by the pool and its right on the 4km beach boardwalk. The closeness to other restaurants on the boardwalk or the main shopping street at the front of the hotel. Large room with AC, kettle, fridge and safety deposit box. Water refill stations at reception and restaurant very useful

We had deluxe ground floor room which was well appointed. Being claustrophobic I found the room felt quite small. Had I been staying there for more than one night, I would have asked to be moved to a bigger room

Being situated on the beachfront, making a stroll along the walkway very easy and enjoyable. The hotel offered sun lounges on the sand for the guests to enjoy. Breakfast was very good as were the staff.

The warm pool was close to the restaurant and not enough lounges at peak time but in saying that there were plenty on the beach for guests and the beach was clean and refreshing in the clear clean water.

I had the bungalow, which was beautiful and quiet. Gardens are stunning and the restaurant overlooking the beach is a great spot.

Breakfast was great each morning.

The hotel is located directly by the ocean. The water there to swim was 200 m away. Nonetheless Sanur is the place to be, when you want some peace and quiet.

The room air con seemed too old to generate enough cold air to keep the room cool. The temp inside was much cooler than outside, but not quite cool enough.

Staff, location, beach, and the general friendliness of the Balinese people were very impressive. We will come back!

The pool was too small and way too hot, was like taking a bath! No cocktails or Smirnoff only Bintang available and the prices of drinks was too expensive. The buffet breakfast was ok. I was staying with a group and our rooms were all separated from each other.

Loved the rooms and the gardens, and the staff were lovely.

There wasn't really anything not to like. Perhaps the sight of the big cranes next doors but it didn't spoil my holiday. There are building works everywhere on Bali....

Great location right on the beach with sunbeds for guests. Lovely and well maintained garden in a quiet area of Sanur. Facilities were good, staff were very friendly. Room not very big but comfortable with a small balcony. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Building works next door but I didn't hear any noise in the evening or during the day on the beach. Didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel.

Walls are thin so a bit noisy - could hear people talking loudly late in the evening. There was also construction going on next door but that actually wasn't so bad, surprisingly. The breakfast starts off okay but as the morning goes on it all gets a bit warm (the stuff that's meant to stay cold like milk, yogurt etc). People were allowed to smoke in the restaurant (which some people will like and others will hate!).

Friendly staff, good aircon, comfortable beds. Fruit and water at check-in very appreciated. Pool area was nice, breakfast was adequate. The beachside area was small but not crowded. They had a canang sari making class which was a great idea. I didn't do it (as had already on a different trip) but it looked fun.

Breakfast it self was sufficient, but keeping on top of empty water jugs, fruit and bread supplies was very slow and haphazard. If your supplying it then supply it!

A few touch-ups are needed, but the room and hotel were clean and well maintained during our stay.

The location was excellent. The bed was fabulous. Breakfast was adequate. The gardens were incredible.
