The non sweet/pastry selection at breakfast, room was a little dated and could do with a freshen up, the aircon is very noisy which took a while to adjust to sleep. The hotel is a little further out and not the safest route to walk, bluebird taxis were under 50,000 though. The hotel food in the evening was ok but I would rather go into Seminyak/Kuta to eat as plenty better choices.

The staff were friendly, the free shuttle service, the pastries at breakfast and the pool.

The location is not easily reachable and it is difficult for Gojek/Grab to come inside as well.

This is an amazing property and the price is very reasonable as compared to other property and also as per the amenities provided. The room is superb and view from balcony is good as well. The pool is the best part of the property. You might also get lot of Indians in this property.

The kids corner could do with a revamp.

The pool is amazing, so nice to be able to go for a nice long swim and then have the smaller one for the kids. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, with soo many options to suit everyone. The staff were very friendly as well!

Every night at about 1230am a bus load of Indian people arrived and were very noisy waking me. My door got banged on a few times during the night as they didn't know where their friends were. **It would be appreciated if the Hotel Receptionists could ask them to be quiet due to their time of arrival. Construction was going on close to my room but they didn't start work until a decent hour.

The staff were exceptional, professional and friendly. I loved how they always said "welcome back"after being out for the day. The pool is large and clean. Bar staff knew I enjoyed the "healthy drink" and he always acknowledged me and had one ready at the time.

Pool close time is 9PM. Far too early as most guests would like enjoy a swim after their daily activities. 10-11PM would be more suitable. There were a lot of guests from a particular country (think of the most populous country in the world) that were very dirty and rude, particularly to the staff which wasn't pleasant to witness.

The hotel and facilities were fantastic. Staff were extremely lovely and hospitable.

In the hotel staff doesn’t allow grab to come in the property or near the property so that they can sell their taxi service for 4 times the amount grab is taking.

Location - The traffic at seminayak is very chaotic and it takes really long to reach the market area from the hotel. We ended up abandoning the taxi and hiring 2 scooters to reach the destination as it may take upto 60 min to reach the market area from the hotel.

Less vegetarian options. We had to keep AC on 16 degree C as increasing temperature was creating sweating on floor. don't know exact reason but faced first time.

Breakfast was good with many options, however Vegetarian options can be added as many Indians stay there.

Location is not great, there's nothing really touristy within walking distance and the shuttle takes one hour to get to Seminyak Square when going via Kuta. We ended up using Bluebirds. - We had the unfortunate experience of a huge Indian presence at the hotel, and there were a number of extremely loud, obnoxious and drunk idiots at 11:00pm at night. The hotel was kind enough to move rooms but it dampened the experience. - Average showers and only warm water in our first room. - TV is your standard with only 2-3 English channels but that's expected.

Good value for money at $80AUD per night including buffet breakfast. - Beds and pillows very comfortable. - Staff pleasant and accommodating. - Drink 2for1 at 75k++ is affordable and they don't skimp on the alcohol. - Food portions were excellent and value for money. - Generally looks quite nice. - Buffet breakfast was copious, and had an egg bar, didn't eat a lot of the options but it was again great value for money.

We had issues with noise in the hallways and above us ith scrapping of chairs to which when reported, reception didn't do anything. Check out was at 1pm and our flight was at 10pm. Reception was not accommodating with booking a room for half a night to which this was a available, we were made to book a whole night and change rooms, however we had to do it online on bookings.com rather then through them direct as they were unable to do it for us. Very disappointing. Also do not use the hotel cabs, they will charge triple then what a grab will cost. The hotel also unfortunately make you walk up the road and round the corner to get a grab as they do not allow grab pickups. The hotel taxi drivers are also very rude to grab drivers and us using them.

The staff were amazing and friendly in the bar and dining area. The buffet breakfast was very good with great variety. Great location.

Close enough to the Airport and with a laundromat and 7/11 with ATMS close by , indeed very close . Property security is good as well . Security greet cars going in and out . Peaceful area just a stones throw away from crazy Kuta & Legian This hotel is located in SEMINYAK for reference . I travelled SOLO and actually felt safer then in any hotel from Australia Food was DELICIOUS and cheap cocktails as well , $9 AUS . Food & drink top quality and good prices . Cleanliness 10/10

Maybe the rooms could be a little better maintained and renewed. Also I couldn’t find a way to turn off the AC. Which was a little annoying but not a major issue. Other than that everything is good.

I like how big the hotel is and the pool. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy some food. The staff is also really nice. This time it was actually my 5th or 6th stay and they wrote me a nice welcome back message on the mirror. I really appreciate that :) The room by the pool is really nice, breakfast is mostly western and they have a nice little spa and a little gym too. It’s not much but overall it’s good price value.

The heavy chairs that people can’t lift so they drag them across tiled floors in rooms above at ALL hours of the night and woke us up. Perhaps some felt applied to bottom of chair legs might make a difference. The breakfast was not great except for the omelette which was ok.

The pool was fantastic. The cleanliness of rooms by Gunawan and his team everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful.
