The bathroom facilities are okay, but not luxurious

Amazing spot, looking over the rice terraces. The room is spacious and the host is amazing. She prepared very tasty breakfast in the morning and helped us with ideas of what to do in the area. Overall a very pleasant stay and the area of Sidemen is absolutely a recommender. This accomodation is great value for your money.

There is a lovely Warung but nothing much around. It is best location for someone who wants to have peaceful time

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Made, the host, is so very lovely, happy to help and chat. Made cooked delicious breakfast and meals for us, we felt like special guests at their home. The view from the villa is gorgeous and has an authentic countryside feel. The room was huge, clean and brilliantly equipped, and nicely decorated. Made helped organise transport for us.

Highly recommend for Stay in Sideman. The host is a very kind, polite and lovely person/family. They take care of your needs very well. For us, they served us very tasty food at a very nominal rate. They helped us with the itenarary for a day which very well planned.

Everything :) The view is breathtaking, the hosts were lovely and generous with their time, the room is comfortable and clean, the hot water in the shower works perfectly, and I love the porch setup to enjoy breakfast or tea with the view of Sidemen rice fields and Mount Agung. I loved visiting some nearby waterfalls and walking in the rice fields. If you love nature and greenery, you'll love this spot.

This was such a lovely Guesthouse to stay at. Spacious and clean and the view was amazing. The owners (family run) were really thoughtful and kind, it made the experience memorable. I also had dinners here and the food is great (papaya curry and sate were exceptional). They remembered I liked chilli so always gave me extra on the side without asking. :) Really recommend this guest house and sideman!

It offers a unique and engaging experience. The highlight of our visit was a walking tour with Yoga, which was both interesting and fun. The scenic views (from the room) and natural beauty of the area made the tour truly memorable. The owners were super friendly and helpful. The food was also amazing!

Unfortunately for me I was there on May 20th 2024 and all of the rice fields within eye sight had just been harvested (which is not the fault of the Homestay but thought it would be good for others to know). I was able to find some by walking through the rice fields to the left (10-20 min walk), however I was really looking forward to the view from the balcony. That being said the volcano (if not cloudy) is a beautiful sight.

Very spacious room with a view of the volcano and the fields. The host was extremely caring and friendly. The place is very well located - you can access the official start of the sidemen field walk within 5 minutes (the fields in front and those on the side toward the mountain), it is located right next to an authentic village and further away from all the “copy-paste” villas (although there are some currently being built nearby). The property itself is a true Homestay with a family temple and direct access to the fields in front.

The place was really clean, with an amazing view and the staff and the food were amazing. I highly recommend spending a few nights there and try everything they have on the menu.

I chose this homestay due to the many great reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. This was my fourth visit to Sidemen and I wish I had found this sooner. It is truly incredible! The room was large and spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable. The view is arguably the best in Sidemen. My balcony was overlooking the rice paddies and out to Mount Agung. I sat there for literal hours just watching everything. The staff are so lovely and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. I noticed some reviews mentioned noise, I didn't experience this during my stay but my top tip for travelling in Bali is to always take a good pair of earplugs with you even when travelling to remote places. I cannot recommend this homestay highly enough. I'm already planning my next visit!

FYI: a little far to walk to warungs, so better to have a motorbike or bicycle to get around. (but great to stay if you just plan on relaxing and enjoying the view, or if you're driving)

The view is amazing, right on the rice fields. Only three rooms with a small courtyard between the rooms on the ground floor. The breakfast was filling and delicious, Comfortable bed and room was clean. No problems at all. An entrance to rice fields not far from here. The staff is lovely and welcoming!
