We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaStaff is a bit nonresponsive especially the night shift staff. Not sure whether it is due to language barrier or they’re just worker and the cheap price we paid. Unfriendly staff. Even the facilities are at par, dont think will stay again here.
Very near to airport, place and location is worth the pay. Very basic facilities- plus point is it includes simple breakfast Suitable for a short stay before heading back to your place via plane.

The distance from the airport is very close, and they also provide a shuttle to the airport for as low as 10,000 rupiah per person. The room is also comfortable, suitable for a transit stay before heading to the airport. The hotel also provides a free breakfast, and there are dining options nearby. Basic toiletries are provided, such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and body soap. Additionally, there's a prayer mat and a Quran available for Muslim guests. The staff are also nice.

United KingdomNot really a problem but be aware that you eat nearby. Plenty of places outside. Also, a little tricky finding the entrance using google maps. We pulled up just pass the entrance and drove back up the main road to get in.
Very close to the airport with helpful, friendly staff. We needed to wash the rental car before handover and one of the staff drove with me in the night to find a car wash. With none open I ended up washing the car at the hotel, using their own hoses.

The staff were very friendly, and everything was wonderful, except for the bird in a cage outside that woke us up at 5 AM and kept making noise all day. It was exhausting, especially since we were traveling with a baby and really needed the rest. I’ve never heard a bird make so much noise—it probably woke up and disturbed the entire hotel. Also, please don’t keep birds in cages.

NetherlandsEven for this low price, the room was not good. The bathroom was very dirty: lots of hair and dirt. The water was very dirty and metallic. No hot water. The bedroom was really hot (+35 degrees), even much warmer than outside temperature. The fan only circulated hot air. The walls were full of nasty stains. Floor was musty and dusty. You might want to consider getting a room that's a couple of minutes further from the airport but has better rooms.
The staff was very friendly and willing to facilitate, even though they did not speak English. The beds were basic, but the matrasses were acceptable. No bedbugs or other bugs. The nasi goreng was okay and cheap. It's very close to the airport, so only a 5 min drive.

MalaysiaMight be coincidence which doesn’t happen the other time, but I think I need to share here, especially for female travellers like us. Few things happened during our stay. We stayed in economy twin room. Bathroom bulb doesn’t light up. But the staffs did came to change it. Too noisy. Didn’t sure what actually happened that night, but there’s several knock on the door and attempt to open the door of our room. Blackouts happened few times, we suspected due to changes of bathroom bulb. Have a quite hectic night, but a pleasant stay.
