More tired and in need of updating than expected. The pool area isn’t attractive and the dinner offerings are pretty basic.

The property and rooms are clean and it’s being cared for with a lot of gardeners fixing the gardens and although tired, it’s clean. Breakfast is adequate and well serviced.

The price of the cocktails at the hotel were quite expensive compared with other places within Seminyak.

We stayed here 5 years ago and was glad to see that Covid hadn't had an impact on this hotel.The staff were always happy and helpful then as they are now.

Room was a bit dark and tired. The worst thing about the hotel was the spa. Very overpriced. Wanted to charge extra for nail varnish on a pedicure. A lot extra, almost as much as the pedicure! My sister and I had a Ayurvedic massage treatment, that the girls clearly didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Kept talking to each other all the time. A lot of banging of equipment, and no pressure to my massage, the whole experience wasn’t relaxing or enjoyable. They shouldn’t take your money for treatments they don’t know how to do , plus it’s very unprofessional to be talking while giving a massage. Disappointing.

Very Friendly helpful staff. Good location to beach and you could walk into an area with shops and restaurants. Roads are crazy to walk around though. Only stayed 3 night so never saw the entertainment. Swim up pool bar was nice and happy hours welcome. Breakfast was ok. Egg station good. Not much choice of fruit, but some. Clean rooms, water provided.

The water pressure in the shower was not the best and the wash basin was very low had to bend over a lot when brushing teeth etc.

The pool was big with plenty of sun loungers around for all. The staff were lovely and even decorated our bed with flowers and petals on our second last day. Cocktails at the swim up bar were amazing! Music at swim up bar was also great good vibes! The location was great being right opposite the beach and close to restaurants and bars.

Pelangi ended up being the most comfortable bed of all the places we stayed (4). We arrived at 1am and were checked in seamlessly. The 300K they take was easily spent at the pool bar and we were refunded the difference in rupiah, which was perfect for us. In hindsight should have left it as a tip, at that point we were just getting used to the conversions!! The pool was delightful and rooms were cool and spacious with a little balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard. Very relaxing and great location with great restaurants in walking distance. Zanzibar was one of the best. Would revisit for sure.

The facility is looking a bit tired maintenence wise and our shower wasn't very good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The pool is large with plenty of sunbeds.
