The resort was more run down from when I used to stay there, especially the rooms.

I liked the friendly staff and how convenient it was to the beach, restaurants and shops in Sanur.

Rooms need to be maintained in a better way. All our doors did not align properly so there were gaps which meant bugs could get in.

Rooms need some updating. Our bathroom tap would not turn off at first, when fixed it was still hard to turn off. There were gaps in the doors so insects would come in & bathroom door would not close

The foyer is stunning the water waterfall and koi fish. Wow Surrounding gardens made it feel like you were in a balinese rainforest, so peaceful. But walkout onto the laneway and you are only 15m from cafes,shops and restaurants. Turn the opposite way and you are 30m from beach and boardwalk. Great for a walk or bike ride Rooms are a great size and immaculately clean. Staff 👌❤️

The pool was too warm for me however we were swimming at 4pm . The room we had desperately needed more power points as we had to unplug the lamp behind to charge devices.

The family room we had was huge with 2 single beds and a king bed as well as a lounge and coffee table. The aircon worked well and for the price we paid was a fantastic value for money. Location is spot on being close to Maya tree bar and the beach and also the Main Street of Sanur. They also have 4 bikes yiu can hire and there is bike hire in the beach about 4 mins walk from Parigata. The gardens are stunning.

The bathroom needed redoing - lots of repairs. Also don’t like shower over bath - dangerous getting in and out and invariably had to mop up floor as so much water escaped at end of bath curtain

The beach towels need to be restocked more frequently, often none available.

Great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. However due to the hotel being located down the lane way it is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel has a traditional Balinese feel with lush tropical gardens, water features and fish. The rooms are spacious, with large balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. They're clean, a little dated but adequate. The shower is over the bath which is a bit of a negative, however having a bath is a positive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Any requests are attended to quickly. Would recommend staying at the Parigata, good value for the price.

The pool was warm, I prefer a pool that is refreshing, especially after a day out. Also no swim up bar or bar facilities near the pool. The food was limited. Be prepared to walk stairs if you are not on the ground floor as there is no lift.

Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and good location for shopping. The room was clean and close to the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was tucked away from the main street and therefore noise was minimal.

Nothing really except you will not find anything to visit...so for us 1 night and 2 days was far enough before taking our flight back. As per the accommodation it is true that hot water for the shower is a kind of mix cold and hit and difficult to tune... In addition and based on the season not so many sunbed and towel 24 for 80 if not more people...we went to the beach up north by walk ti find nice spot with shadow under the trees

The situation in Sanur. Considering Sanur is typical beach ressorts/Tourists area so do not expect anything else than beach resort and typical shops. Breakfast was very good

The smells from the drains in the bathroom at times could be quite strong, even when cleaned meticulously as they were.

Great location in Sanur. Gardens and pool area are beautiful. Staff polite and respond to all requests instantly. Rooms cleaned very well👍.

Breakfast was very average - toast was hard, pastries looked good but weren’t and sometimes service was slow due to insufficient staff but they tried their best. Very late in servicing the rooms.
