The road getting to the property is narrow and tight corners but doable even in a big 7 seater that we had. Pool could have been cleaner.

Spacious and nice room. Great gardens. Quiet. Nice place that gives you so much easier homely experience than the resorts in the area.

The bathroom shower tap was old and the water pressure was poor. Also not very hot but it didn't matter much, it was refreshing enough. Not much furniture to put your clothes into. The wardrobe was inside the bathroom - weird design as all gets wet and starts smelling. There is some staff on site, you can ask them basic things but it is not 24/7 reception. During our stay there were other guests who worked from the dining area remotely (maybe because this was the only place with the tables). This is open space and their discussions can be heard in our room at night so sleeping was difficult. They also partied one night which was very loud. None of the staff intervened - they might have left for the night.

Comfortable bed, large room, good airconditioner (I set it up for 26 not 18! so it was quiet during the night. Quiet, not on the main road. Basic breakfast but good. You can use the kitchen to make your own coffee or smoothie. The small fridge in the room is handy. Swimming pool ok. There are 3 cute cats at the property (and the old dog). Cleaning every day and a new set of towels. Bottled water in the room and the possibility to refill them. Wifi is ok.

Clean, big rooms. Lovely little garden. Nice breakfast, nice staff. Great value for money. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a big hotel, but it does the basics well at a decent price.

Excellent staff the people where really nice and they helped me to receive some packages I was sent to the hotel, they supported me even if I arrived in the middle of the night. Family run hotels, maybe they don't have all the facilities but who cares, they have the human touch

Air con worked inconsistently and there were limited facilities in the room. No cups, tea or coffee, etc.

Fantastic selection for breakfast, only a short walk to the main street in Nusa Dua. Lovely friendly staff and comfy beds.

Communication

Enjoyed our stay here. Felt so homey and also the pets they own were an added bonus. The kids loved playing with them and giving them cuddles. The staff were also great but would be nice to have one extra staff that can understand English. But Either way, they were all lovely and looked after us. Felt like I was home away from home. I highly recommend the place and would definitely return here if I were to return. I just miss the pets❤️

The bathroom fan was so noisey. Every time you turned it on, I made a horrible noise.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool area is comfortable and we were given pool towels. Good Aircon. We were given free coconuts fresh from their coconut tree! Arrived early and was allowed in our rooms straight away. The owners were so kind and helpful. They organised a day trip for us (very reasonably priced), gave us free lifts to and from the beach (a party of 8 so used a car and scooter) and helped us to organise our onward travel to Nusa Penida, Gili T and then back to Bali - taking us to Sanur to get the ferry too! We were very grateful for all their efforts in helping our trip round Bali a smooth one.

It’s super hard to open a door. It’s quite old and probably because of the humidity all mechanisms working bad. And sink is not good. After brushing teeth, you can easily become totally wet.

Nice big room. Comfy bed and good conditioner. Quite nice breakfast.

The airco was leaking but was fixed the next day. The room was not cleaned regularly. The kitchen in the central area could be cleaner. The wifi could be better, often it was slow

location was a short walk from the beach but the staff are more than happy to drive you about for a small fee which makes up for it !

the staff were so amazing and gave us a lift to our next location. they were such lovely people and so welcoming. felt really at home here. the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. gorgeous outside round the pool. felt private but very open!
